It is located on the second floor of the Sunshine Village Apartment Complex in Negril. The ground floor of the condo is air-conditioned and has couple fans. The loft comfortably accommodates another party of two - Please note, the (loft) is not yet air-conditioned and may get a bit warm. Downstairs (ground floor) is equipped with an oversized king bed with night tables...a desk…a three-seat sofa...A dining table with four chairs, and a coffee table. You have a great view of the Caribbean Sea, from the window next to the bed... Caribbean Sea view from the private patio. There is a new 43'' smart tv. There is high speed Wi-Fi internet. The alternative to cable is to utilize your smart phone for your viewing pleasure.A stereo with CD and radio…and a DVD player. There is an ironing board and iron for your convenience. In addition to Seven Mile Beach, Negril offers a number of other attractions: -Bloody Bay Beach: Although you may never grow tired of Negril's main beach, it is still worth a trip to this lovely and secluded shore. -Long Bay Beach Park: Another beautiful yet quiet stretch of sand near Negril, Long Bay Beach Park provides a lovely respite to the energy on Seven Mile Beach.-Royal Palm Reserve: Take a walk along the wooden boardwalks in this beautiful 300-acre wildlife preserve where you might spot a large Jamaican crocodile - The beautiful birds! -Booby Cay: Book a charter to take you out to this small but beautiful island, located just off the coast of Negril. -Rhodes Hall Tours: Outside Negril, this former property is a great place to learn about Jamaica's colonial past, as well as a nice site for horseback riding.
