The kitchen area has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space. The main floor also a half-bathroom, bedroom, laundry room and a fourth bedroom or office. All first floor rooms have access to the beachfront patio with two outdoor showers. Walking up the mahogany stairs, one finds the master suite and a third bedroom both with doors to the expansive stone tiled terrace facing the sea.The stunning area known as the Costa Maya is located on the lower third of the Yucatan peninsula on the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea. During the dry season water must be trucked in. Water conservation is essential.
