The apartments, built in the 1800's where formerly commercial buildings that have served many purposes over the years including being utilized as the Coca-Cola bottling plant. They are conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown attractions, nestled in a perfect little corner, right behind the historic Melba theater and right across from Maxfield park.The SpaceApartment- Spacious 2 bed 2 bath furnished apartments with fully equipped kitchen, private laundry room, and outdoor patio area. This rental is located near an active railroad track and you will occasionally hear the train. They do not have a set schedule so it is possible that the train horn will blast during the night/early morning. Fully equipped kitchen cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, cutlery, along with an assortment of pots, pans, measuring, and kitchen utensils. Bar seating with 3 stools located at the kitchen island.
