The Federal Bakery, operated by my grandfather and great grandfather, was the home of Blairsville's famous maple rolls. Nowadays the tradition continues just a short block away at Market Street Pastries where you can try the sought-after treat! Blairsville is a very walkable small town, with several restaurants, a gallery, and other shops.Blairsville Riverfront Trail is a wonderful place to walk or bike.
