The interior is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A local grocery store is just minutes away in Lago Vista, with several additional stores located in nearby Cedar Park, approximately 30 minutes away. Lago Vista has numerous dining options, and there is also a restaurant on site that is open Thursday evenings through Sunday brunch.The master suite features a highly rated Tuft and Needle king-size bed and an en-suite master bath, with linens provided. Additionally, there is a half bath and a living area that includes a pull-out queen sleeper sofa with extra comfort padding, along with a cozy fireplace. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.Games and books are available in the condo, along with tennis rackets and balls, pickleball rackets, and pool towels. Enjoy the onsite amenities, including pools, hot tubs, a sauna, a spa, a restaurant, tennis courts, and a marina. There are many nearby attractions to explore, such as Marble Falls, wine tasting at Flat Creek Winery, an 18-hole golf course at Lago Vista Golf Course, or a day trip to Fredericksburg. Austin is also less than 45 minutes away, offering a variety of major attractions!This resort features a mix of full-time residents and short-term vacation owners. We kindly ask our guests to be respectful and avoid loud music and noises after 10 PM in the pool area and on the balcony of the condo.Before your arrival, you will receive check-in information that includes the front gate code, parking space assignment, directions to the condo, and a door code for your convenience. Covered parking is available for one vehicle, and additional guest spaces are designated for day-use guests only.Please note, Lake Travis is not a constant level lake and fluctuates with seasons and rainfall.VILLA RENTAL RULES:The following are rules each renter must abide by. Fines will be assessed for infractions of the rules.This is not a resort - it is a residential community. The owners of these units value their privacy and quiet.Occupancy: up to 4 guests, including children. NO exceptions!! No smoking in the condo! Bringing pets to the condo is prohibited. If a pet is found on the property without authorization, you will forfeit your deposit and may be required to check out early without a refund.Check-In: 3 pmCheck Out: 11 am, please see the binder in the condo for instructions**Pool Rules:**1. Users under 15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.2. Glass containers, pets, and tobacco products are not allowed.3. State-required sauna, spa, and pool rules are posted in designated areas and must be obeyed.6. The pools close at 10 PM.**Courtesy and Consideration:** Each resident is expected to use their unit and the common areas in a way that respects the rights and privileges of fellow residents. Residents should refrain from doing anything that could annoy, harass, embarrass, or inconvenience other owners, residents, their guests, or the employees and agents of the association.Each resident must take reasonable care to avoid making any loud, disturbing, or objectionable noises or odors that may disrupt other residents.**Security:** There is an on-site security guard responsible for enforcing curfews at the pool and fitness center. The guard can issue fines and arrange for the towing of illegally parked cars. Additionally, there are cameras located throughout the property to ensure the safety of all guests and owners.All garbage must be disposed of before checking out. There is a garbage chute located directly outside the condo's front door. Please ensure all garbage is bagged prior to disposing of it in the chute.A portable air conditioning unit is available for extra cooling during the hot summer months. **Please do NOT set the temperature in the unit lower than 71°F during the summer.** The resort relies on a unique geothermal cooling system that uses water from Lake Travis. Stunning recently constructed condo with 180 degree views of Lake Travis! Access Cody Park within steps of the condo! Cody Park boat launch is available for you to use if you bring your water toys! This condo is tall with big views! Featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 baths the condo will comfortably sleep up to 14 guests. We personally love watching the sunrises and sunsets from the back patios. Enjoy access to golf, community parks and a peaceful Texas experience! Spend the night at home once the sun sets enjoying the game room which features pool table & shuffle board. TV's in the main living area, game room, primary bedroom and back balcony. Traeger pellet grill available for guests to use (bring your own pellet's). There is a communal patio on the ground level to enjoy a cigar or relax! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and silverware. Coffee pot provided (please bring your own single use pods and/or coffee grounds for full pot brew). General spices such as salt/pepper will be left in the spice rack for your use. Please note how high up this condo sits - there are a lot of stairs! In unit private elevator is provided for access. If you choose to use the stairs expect to climb 3 flights within the garage to get to the first living level.
