Adorable cottage nestled in the pines on 100 x 200 ft. lot with no houses behind. Sleeps 6. Waterfront deck and lake access are 1/4 mile walk/drive down the street. (Just before Lanzis' Lakeside Tavern/Marina Restaurant. Use of two kayaks are included. Backyard has a gas grill and campfire area. We are located on the south end of Sacandaga Lake, near Scout Island. Plenty of good restaurants, shopping and entertainment close-by. Holland Meadows Golf Course is only a few miles away. Adirondack Animal Farm 1 mile away. Mayfield Town beach 10 minutes away.Saratoga Performing Arts Center ( and Racetrack are only a half hour away. Lake George Village and Six Flags Indoor Water Park is only an hour away.
