Good for families, tourists, traveling workers, interns, etc. No parties, events, or smoking anywhere on the property -- this is strictly enforced. This is a private single-family house located in a residential neighborhood where families typically live. The house is one floor and a decent size — about 800 square feet (74 m2) of living space. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a 32 inch Roku TV. The living room has a sofa, a 32 inch Roku TV, a work desk and chair. The kitchen includes a dining table, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The full bathroom is just off the kitchen area. You will have access to the first floor of the home, including a nice and spacious front porch. You will not have access to the basement or the rear yard, which are used by the owner for the owner’s storage. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood made up of mostly single-family homes. Downtown Perth Amboy and Downtown Woodbridge are both nearby. Shopping and restaurants also in the nearby area. Major highways are easily accessible and the NJ Transit Bus No. 48 is 3 blocks away from the house. This house is located in an area close to the Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike, Route 1 and Route 9, etc. Driving to the house is quite easy. If you don't have a car, NJ Transit Bus No. 48 stops just 3 blocks away from the house. This bus can take you to Woodbridge Train Station (about a 5 minute bus ride). From there, you can catch a train to New York City. The travel time from this house to Penn Station New York is about 1 hour and 15 minutes in total. I have a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. I will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival. The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. There is no driveway or off-street parking. This listing does not include parking. You will need to find parking on the street. It is free to park on the street and not too difficult to find a spot. You do not need any permits to park on the street, but you need to check the street cleaning signs. The town cleans the streets once per week and you can’t park on those streets during the street cleaning hours. I cannot be responsible if you receive a parking ticket. Parking can be found on the streets and you do not need a permit to park. But, you must follow the directions on the street signs and find a legal place to park.
