The hot tub is manufactured by Bullfrog Spas, the outdoor firepit by Grand Effects, and the mattresses by Serta, all Utah-based companies.Guest accessThis is a private home with a private fenced back yard. Parking includes an attached two-car garage and three driveway parking spots, there is enough space for a trailer as well. All areas are private and designated for your use.Other things to noteThough we do everything in our power to keep our amenities fully functioning, they can, as most things do, breakdown. We cannot predict when that happens and therefore we are not obligated to refund any money due to non-working amenities (hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, etc).
