The Lily Pad is located on a 34 acre homestead/farm. This sweet tiny home is surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. The well lit space is perfect for almost any occasion. A quick getaway, a peaceful space to practice your art form, or a lovely place to unwind and recharge.This thoughtful space has two lofted bedrooms (not totally private from the rest of the tiny house). A cook friendly kitchen and a bathroom with a washer/dryer.The spaceThis tiny house is on a 34 acre start up farm/homestead. We have been working hard since July of 2020 and are so excited to list our first space. The tiny house is not so tiny with 385 square feet, the Lily Pad has two "bedrooms" with queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice little couch, tv, and dining area all with a view of a cute little pond (visibility varies with season)! Very unique property. The logs are from a cabin built in 1830. They were transported here and reassembled. This is a very rustic cabin. Be ready to step back into the 1800's It is equipped with a small frig, microwave, Coffee pot. Otherwise it is like a cabin on the frontier. No running water but a pitcher and bowl to wash up.. There is a double bed in the loft with a ladder access to it and trap doors leading to stairs, Main heat is a fireplace but also a small heater to help warm if it is cold. Several fans are provided to help cool but no air conditioning. Just added a shower and toilet in a separate outbuilding.
