Our cute modern cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk to downtown Weaverville and a 12 minute drive to Asheville. This brand new cottage boasts a rare combination of a natural mountain settings with walking access to charming downtown Weaverville. Take a dip in the private hot tub, or take a walk through the Main Street Nature Park which leads you to amazing art galleries, and incredible eating and drinking options . It boasts a hot tub, new appliances, extra linens, wifi and smart tv in the main room as well as in the bedroom. Great place to stay with family’s or friends on your vacation in the mountain. We have live here for 15 years now. We love the neighborhood it’s quiet and friendly. This is a three bedroom and 2 1/2 bath in a quiet cul-de-sac. Between Asheville in Weaverville, close to shopping, local restaurant, music venue, close to I 26 and a 240. Free parking. The house is totally refurnished.With full kitchen.
