The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!The spaceThe wood frame dodecagon (12 sided) is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, heating and air, queen size bed and two chairs to enjoy. The nice bathroom with full size shower is for private tenant use and is about 50 feet away through a lighted pathway under the fig tree.Guest accessIt is okay to roam the farm and enjoy the gardens, greenhouses, barns, animals and sitting areas.Other things to noteThe farm brewery is open on some weekend during the spring, summer and fall.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
