The Putman Hong Kong

Le personnel de cet hôtel est génial ! Ils font tous l'impossible pour rendre votre séjour confortable. 🥹 Les chambres étaient propres, très confortables et le personnel était incroyable. Ils se sont mis en quatre pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent le centre-ville !!! Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une excellente expérience à l’hôtel, le personnel *** était incroyablement serviable *** et les équipements étaient excellents. La chambre était magnifique, propre et parfaite pour séjourner.

Très bel hôtel design. Très grande suite. C'était vraiment agréable d'y séjourner. Il y avait un équipement de cuisine complet pour cuisiner. Cela m'a donné une sensation de «maison» pendant le séjour. La baignoire était également magnifique. Bien que la vue n'était pas bonne, je me sens toujours à l'aise et j'y retournerai absolument.

Cette fois je fête surtout l'anniversaire de mon copain, l'emplacement est moyen, pas trop loin mais pas très pratique Il y a des supermarchés et quelques restaurants de spécialités à proximité L'espace de la chambre est très grand, propre et bien rangé, de nombreux endroits sont poussiéreux Il y a une baignoire dans le réservoir d'entreprise, une télévision dans le hall et un grand réfrigérateur au milieu de la pièce. Verre du sol au plafond Ce jour-là, mon petit ami a invité des amis dans la salle pour manger des gâteaux. Cependant, l'hôtel n'accepte que deux personnes et n'accepte pas les clients étrangers.

Had a wonderful time at the Putman. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity although the hotel itself is not easy to locate because it does not have a big sign at the door. There was no one at the reception - had to buzz the bell several times to get in, which is a little inconvenient. Cathy at check-in was great though and gave me a detailed room tour. I requested extra pillows and duvets and towels - everything was there. The room is spacious and bright will full-length windows, a kitchen, a huge bathtub, rain shower, coffee machine, blinds and lights that are remote-controlled (would appreciate a bedside control panel rather than wall control panel). Some windows that can open (a little) etc. The only problems were that the knobs in the tub and shower are quite slippery and thus hard to get a hold of when wet; would also appreciate it if the bathroom and toilet doors aren't made of glass (for added privacy). Also, there was not enough shower gel in the bottles. Unfortunately, we only spent a night there and had no chance to cook. Overall, had a great time.

The room was super comfy, all details were very precise and the the receptionist Katie was very hospitable

While staff are always helpful and nice, the quality of the rooms seems to have deteriorated since my previous stay: 1) Toilet roller blinds were spoilt, and outsiders could see the shower room/toilet. 2) Safety box again was not working. 3) Aircon was not functioning too, extremely loud. 4) strange that hotel didn’t provide coffee/tea though they provide 2 tea cups (without spoons), 1 whiskey glass and a water cup.

Splendid place with personal butler and very nice touch on everything

I love coming back to the Putman (or any of the National Hotel Group hotels) whenever I’m in Hong Kong. The bed is incredibly comfortable and the service provided by the staff is consistent and outstanding. This time around they were kind enough to let me check in early as the room was available. Already looking forward to the next time I’m back in HK!

This hotel is by far the most satisfying one l've ever stayed in Hong Kong. The room was super spacious, and the price per night is pretty reasonable, considering it is located in 中环。 What greatly impressed me is the hospitality of the staff. From my many years of experience in Hong Kong, many of the hotel staff and taxi drivers hold a hostile and cocky attitude toward people from other cities of China. This hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. They really made my stay in Hong Kong this time a happy and memorable one. I would definitely stay here again next time!
