With a 7 am flight, I booked the Moxy for a night. I had stayed at other Moxy properties so I knew what to expect. The shuttle from the airport was a bit confusing. You have to look for the NH hotel shuttle which also does Moxy. I got lucky as it arrived when I got there. Ordering drinks and food is an ordeal. You have order and they punch everything in and sign. It took a long time t process each order. The food took almost 45 min. I wanted another glass of wine but didn’t want to wait in line and pay / sign for it each time. So took the food to the room and ate there. In the morning, the shuttle does not run till 5:45 am, so I tried and Uber. No luck. A nice guest offered to give me a ride in the can she ordered. That was very kind. When we got to the airport, the driver said that I also have to pay as they do it by number of room and that is the rule / policy of the hotel. That didn’t sound right so I refused to pay told the driver to have the hotel contact me resolve and headed for my flight. Not the best experience leaving the hotel. The 3 star rating is because of the food / Bev process and the set up “arrangement” for taxi.

Incredible staff. Nice hotel. Amsterdam had a direct flight to Kilimanjaro Tanzania for our African safari. We stayed here for 2 nights before our safari and returned for another stay after our safari. The staff was wonderful. They accommodated all of our needs...luggage storage during the safari, early check in, etc. Thanks for such a great stay and making our travels easy.

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, avec une bouilloire, et une navette gratuite depuis et vers l'aéroport est fournie. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible en train depuis l'aéroport. Il y a un restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, qui a bon goût.

Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

Frontdesk femme à l'inspection à 19:45 semblait un peu annoncé par quelque chose et très occupé. Il avait deux cartes de chambre, mais il semble que non d'entre elles travaillaient. Il avait deux nouvelles cartes encore et au moins une travaillait. L'ascenseur a besoin d'accès à la carte et aussi une porte avant le corridor avant la chambre a besoin d'accès à la carte, la première fois que je l'ai vu. Safety ++ Room OK plus ou moins. Mirror in room was badly broken. Sliding window not possible to lock, push pin broken. Le fan de la chambre AC avait un son très annonçant, mais que je peux facilement vivre avec. La salle de bain était très bonne et grande. TV, très bonne sélection internationale à choisir. WIFI était 30-40 Mbit aussi facile à streamer tous les médias possibles. L'hôtel a été en mesure de fournir un sac de petit déjeuner de matin @ 05:00, c'était une très belle option de petit déjeuner, exige une demande de bureau avant 24h. L'hôtel est généralement bon pour les voyageurs d'affaires, et le transport de transbordeurs fréquents est gratuit depuis/à l'aéroport.

3 nuit dans cet hôtel très bien placé pour l’aéroport ou évènements. Aussi, belle déco et literie qualitative. Le service en chambre peut être amélioré : les tasses à café non lavées, pendant 3 jours… plus de gel douche (pourtant dit à la réception), manque une serviette (quand tu rentre à 1h du mat tu n’a plus envie de quémander…). Dommage. Service petit déjeuner catastrophique… personnel associable. Liste non exhaustive : plus de pancakes 45 minutes avant la fin de l’horaire (ils ne changent pas le sac… « revenez demain »), idem pour les croissants ou pain au chocolat, manque de couverts, plus de bols propres avant la fin du service. Une demande pour faire un œuf au plat refusé (la veille cela avait été possible pour deux chinois, pourquoi ?). Les machines à café n’avaient plus de lait 30 min avant la fin du service… Si vous pouvez, passez votre chemin pour le petit déjeuner.
