Superbe hôtel à Gatwick ! Nous avions un vol à 9h et avions réservé 2 chambres. J'ai été très impressionnée par la taille et la propreté de l'hôtel. Cet hôtel est à 2 minutes à pied des comptoirs de départ des compagnies aériennes du Nord. Seul regret, nous n'avons pas pu goûter au délicieux petit-déjeuner car nous devions nous enregistrer à 7h du matin !!

Emplacement idéal pour le terminal nord car à l'intérieur, mais cela signifie qu'il y aura des nuisances sonores. Notre hôtel donnait sur le terminal à côté du train navette, que vous pouvez entendre. La chambre est bien pour un séjour d'une nuit, malheureusement l'hôtel a eu un problème avec l'eau du robinet et la douche était froide, il aurait été utile qu'ils mettent un panneau à la réception et peut-être dans l'ascenseur pour avertir et s'excuser et il y avait un certain nombre de clients mécontents, mais j'accepte que cela était hors de leur contrôle et que nous faisons de notre mieux pour régler le plus rapidement possible. Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus mais uniquement continental car le petit-déjeuner chaud n'était pas servi avant 7h du matin et nous avons dû nous enregistrer pour notre vol à 6h30, mais ce que nous avions était correct, mais nous n'aurions pas payé de supplément pour cela. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon hôtel pratique pour un vol tôt le matin et j'y retournerais.

Le prix de cet hôtel est assez élevé. Cependant, le chemin pour y arriver est pratique, car il passe directement par l'aéroport. Cela peut faire gagner du temps aux étrangers qui ont retardé leur prochain vol. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas très varié. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était correct.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton by Hilton Gatwick. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and eager to help — check-in was fast and seamless. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how close the hotel is to the terminal. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the powerful shower, great lighting, and plenty of charging points. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too — lots of choice, fresh food, and great coffee to start the day right before my flight. The location couldn’t be better — it’s directly connected to the North Terminal, making it perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Despite being an airport hotel, it felt calm and relaxing, which made all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Top-notch service, comfort, and convenience — Hampton by Hilton Gatwick truly sets the standard for airport hotels!

Just inside the terminal, spacious room even for 3 people, very quiet even if the room is facing the runway. Nice breakfast. Highly recommend.

I stayed here last night due to a last-minute flight cancellation. I was really grateful to find a room so close — the hotel is right next to the terminal, which made everything much easier, especially after a stressful travel day. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were helpful, and the room was clean and quiet despite the airport location. I didn’t expect much because it was such a sudden booking, but I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable the stay was. Perfect for an overnight stop or unexpected delays. Definitely a solid choice if you need to stay near the airport.

Great hotel, on site at Gatwick North, easy to locate, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and decorated nice and trendy. All very clean and would recommend for others.

Great location for North Terminal, Gatwick; right next to the check in desks. The room was clean and modern. My room came with breakfast included. All the staff were very friendly.

Great stay perfect location with the terminal building. had a upgrade room due to being a member. Really comfortable bed and powerful shower just what we needed after a long flight. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

The best option to spend the night before an early flight. The hotel entrance is literally inside the airport right next to the EasyJet check in and bag drop! It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, bed was amazing. Great breakfast and very nice staff. There's also a nice lounge area and bar that is open till late.

Clean room, quiet. Would have liked a room with bath but concierge either did not wish to change room or non available. I had to miss breakfast as breakfast served from 4am my checkin was 3am. No alternative to go breakfast or earlier time provided despite flights leaving at 5am and this is clearly for the airport hotel being directly in the terminal. But ok and location in North terminal excellent

Stayed one night at the Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick North Terminal. You really can’t beat the location — it’s literally a 2-minute walk from arrivals, ideal for an early flight or late landing. The room itself was spotless and well presented, exactly what you’d expect from Hilton standards. On the downside, it’s expensive at £277 for three people in one room, which felt steep for a short airport stay. I also can’t comment on the food as I gave up waiting after 10 minutes — only one staff member was taking orders and serving drinks. That said, I’d stay here again for the convenience and cleanliness, but mainly if I could get it at a better rate.

Sunday 28/9: Ideal for my late arrival from Pisa. Five minutes away from exit. Lovely clean room with good facilities and breakfast included. The checkout time of 12.00 was a real bonus giving me a chance to have breakfast and relax before my journey home.

Everything’s nice and it’s a perfect place for everyone who needs to catch a flight in the morning.
