Everyone will enjoy being so close to the beach , volleyball, basketball, corn hole, kid's playground, Sandy Harbor water park , recreation center and arcade! Short walk to pool and ocean !! 2 roads back from ocean drive/basketball ct. Home is located on Periwinkle Dr … same road adjacent to pool and recreation/arcade center!! More pictures with furniture coming soon !!! Large decking on both levels.. ocean view from 2nd/top decking! Kitchen fully equipped with all essentials needed! Spacious combined kitchen,dining and living area. Gas grill!

Linens provided, beds are made for your arrival, 24 bath towels, 24 washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels. 1 king, 3 queen, bunk/ kids room with 2 twin over 2 full beds. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.
Parking pass required-$15/night/vehicle...$12/night/vehicle if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival Parking for 4 vehicles. NO GOLf CART PROVIDED or INCLUDED WITH RENTAL.
