The third bedroom shares two sets of bunk beds, so you can pile all the kids into one room for vacation while the adults have their own spaces. Since the house is elevated, there is an additional 1,500 sq ft of living space underneath complete with a large outdoor shower/changing room, a dry bar, a bench swing, life size Jenga, parking, a guest beach storage closet and a nice yard to play in. We are less than a 1 minute walk to the beach or a 10 second golf cart ride to the beach. There are slight beach views from the house through other raised homes. The Garden City Pier and Sam’s Corner is about a 5 minutes walk. Close enough to have fun but far enough to not hear the noise. This house is South of the Pier so it’s located in a nicer area without the busy traffic or noise from the hotels and condos on the north side of the pier. Being the third house from the beach helps to protect from strong winds, the heavy traffic on Waccamaw, and also brings the addition of sunset views. If you have kids this is the perfect centrally located beach rental with less traffic and ample outdoor space for the kids to play safely. Bring your fishing poles or rent them on Garden City Pier for some great fishing. Let the kids play in the arcade on a rainy day or grab some ice cream and walk the pier. Most visitors to Murrells Inlet use golf carts to get around, so it’s easy to visit Surfside restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets. The Tupelo Bay community offers an on site executive golf course, mini golf, outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, pickleball, ice cream shop and less than a mile to the beach via summertime community shuttle which all makes this an ideal vacation choice where there's something to do for everyone.Our villa is an end unit located on the bottom floor for easy access. Parking is right out front and luggage carts are available for guest use.Recently purchased, the condo has everything new! The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area has quality, comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day of fun. Generous living space allows plenty of room for everyone!The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk in closet. The master bath includes a walk in over-sized shower with double sinks and granite counters. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. A hallway pocket door slides closed to create additional privacy if desired. Bedroom #3 is ample size with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are bright and airy and include linens and bath towels. The villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room. Also included is WiFi and cable TV. The living room has a 65 inch smart TV, the master and 2nd bedroom both have 55 inch smart TV's, and the 3rd bedroom also has a smart TV.
