LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!!! Beautifully appointed townhome directly across the street from Horseshoe Bay Resort. The first floor master bedroom features a nice, comfy king bed - a walk in closet and a full bath. Upstairs, there is a secondary bedroom with (4) twin beds and a full bathroom (2 are upper bunk beds). This condo has a fully stocked kitchen and luxury 5 star resort quality linens. Enjoy some time outside on the deck area and cook on the gas grill if you’d like. There is a private pool for townhouse owners and guests. Whether you're coming for business, wedding, family time, or a romantic getaway - you're going to love it! OWNER MANAGED AND PRIVATELY OWNED TOWNHOUSE! We have a fully equipped and stocked kitchen so you will have no problem preparing your own meals while you're here. Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee out on the deck (we provide a few k-cups for your stay but feel free to bring your favorites with you). In the living room there is a comfortable couch and the dining area seats 6-8 comfortably. The bathrooms are stocked with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including hair dryers. We have flat-screen internet ready televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). We have a washer and dryer in the unit including detergent and fabric softener. You will have access to the private pool that is for townhouse owners/guests only. This is located near our unit. It is rarely used - so it's practically private. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please). STAIRS: There are stairs outside of the unit to access both the front and back door. If you have trouble using stairs this might be an issue. Please contact us before booking to discuss this. Horseshoe Bay itself is an amazing place to visit and you will love it here! There is great fishing in Horseshoe Bay! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us for our favorite spots or you can book a guided fishing excursion with one of the local fishing companies. You can rent boats from the LBJ Yacht Club and Marina or boats and jet skis from Splash Rentals in Kingsland. There are also many local day trips that are wonderful! * Wine Tasting in Fredericksburg (one hour drive) * Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour drive) * Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls (10 minutes) * Tons of great Restaurants (we will provide a GREAT list once you book!) Area Businesses and Services: Nail Salon (3 minute drive) - Thi Nail and Spa Salon Spa (10 minute drive) - Sana Vida Wellness Spa & Tea Bar Grocery and Meat Store (3 minute drive) - Bayside Fresh Market HEB - Marble Falls Liquor Store (3 minute drive) - The Bottle Shop If you need something that isn't listed here please contact us and we'll do the best we can to accommodate your needs. We live in Horseshoe Bay full time so we are close by if you need anything at all. We know the area very well and can answer any questions you have or even help you with the planning phase of your visit so please don't hesitate to ask. Horseshoe Bay is gorgeous and many people enjoy their morning and evening walks around the area! There is a parking space right below the townhouse, but are not assigned: there is an overflow lot next door. NOTE: We also have (2) one bedroom condos and a three bedroom townhouse available so if you prefer more room or are traveling with a group we can help you with that as well. Stayed at this condo on numerous occasions while visiting my granddaughter. This condo is an excellent condo to stay in. Perfect location at resort. Perfect pool to swim in. I'd suggest to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay, to check this condo out. The owners are awesome as well. They are always wil there to answer questions or concerns. You will feel at home at this awesome condo.

Cozy Cottage Style We were impressed by property: good use of space; satisfactory for a group of seven. Well stocked kitchen, bring your own condiments. Spacious first floor bedroom. Private dressing areas in both bedrooms. Satisfactory pool area; for pool deck bring sandals (rough walking around pool area barefoot). Hosts were responsive to our needs. Parking is tight. Condo is across from resort hotel. Condo is short walk from resort hotel. Recommend condo highly.

Family visit The condo is just perfect for a small family. The location is great for the Horseshoe Shoe Bay Resort and surrounding area. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Weekend Getaway This is an excellent property to getaway for the weekend and relax. The living area is very very cozy and a recipe for napping during the day. Only wish the pool area had a curfew because the gate slams very loudly. But again, the living area is very cozy and worth it!!

Marble Falls We had an amazing time visiting Marble Falls. The property was perfect! Clean and cute. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
