Horumersiel
Da in der Beschreibung nichts von der Mutter Vater Kind Klinik erwähnt wurde, war ich ziemlich verblüfft und würde diese Wohnung Nr. 10 nicht weiter empfehlen.

Versauter Urlaub
Lautes Kindergeschrei und Gebrülle von Morgens um halb 8 bis Abends um 9 und das jeden Tag. Balkon kaum nutzbar nur bei geschlossenem Fenster auszuhalten. Und das zwei Wochen lang. Die Lage neben einer Klinik wurde im Inserat mit keinem Wort erwähnt. So stellt man sich seinen Urlaub vor.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, aber sehr laut
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist geräumig, aber nach Norden ausgerichtet, was bei kühlerem Wetter ein Problem sein könnte, aber für uns ein Geschenk des Himmels war, als die Mittagstemperatur auf 30°C zuging. Ein paar Blumen in den Pflanzkästen wären schön gewesen, anstatt des toten Unkrauts, das dort war. Von der Wohnung aus sind alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und das Meer leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Hauptproblem ist die Mutter-Vater-Kind-Klinik, die nicht wie beschrieben in der Nähe liegt, sondern Teil des Gebäudekomplexes ist. Der Lieferhof befindet sich unter dem Balkon der Wohnung und ist gleichzeitig der Spielplatz für alle Kinder, die gerade nicht in Behandlung sind. Es handelt sich um einen gepflasterten Hof von ca. 20m x 30m, der an 3 Seiten von hohen Gebäuden umgeben ist. Als wir dort waren, war etwa ein Viertel dieses Platzes wegen Bauarbeiten mit einem Drahtzaun abgesperrt. Der Geräuschpegel von etwa 20 spielenden und streitenden Kindern aller Altersgruppen erreichte manchmal fast 100 dB, und das von 8 bis 20 Uhr, fast jeden Tag, den ganzen Tag. Entspannung auf dem Balkon während der heißesten Zeit des Tages war unmöglich. Wenn Sie sehr aktiv sind und die Wohnung jeden Tag bei Sonnenaufgang verlassen und bei Sonnenuntergang zurückkehren, dann ist diese Wohnung für Sie geeignet. Wenn Sie nicht so aktiv sind, wie wir, und wollen irgendwo während eines Teils des Tages zu entspannen, dann ist diese Wohnung nicht für Sie.
