Останавливался здесь на сутки и остался очень доволен. Хостел чистый, комнаты аккуратные, постельное бельё свежее. Особенно понравилась атмосфера — персонал дружелюбный, всегда помогал с вопросами и советами по городу. На кухне есть всё необходимое, интернет работал стабильно. Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова.

L'hôtel est nouveau, c'est donc deux fois plus bon pour tout le monde à utiliser. Un délicieux petit déjeuner, servi sur des portions, la position de l'hôtel est confortable - plus proche des montagnes et des fleuves, tout le personnel est très aimable et gentil. Je vous recommande !

Je n'ai pas trouvé de sèche-cheveux et j'ai dû acheter moi-même le shampoing, le gel douche et les serviettes de bain. La climatisation ne rafraîchissait pas bien, mais l'hygiène était bonne. En revanche, la pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain était très faible, ce qui rendait difficile un bon rinçage du gel douche.

Мне очень все понравилось, ночевали одну ночь, подробно в деталях не возможно рассказать! А так персонал супер вежливый, спасибо им они разряжают обстановку!!! Благодаря им ставлю 5 звезд, но скажу здание старое, присутствует странный запах в номере, может это только у нас так. А так завтрак был великолепен, кухня работает вкусно!!! Я бы еще поела вместо ресторана 🤪❤️ спасибо персоналу за помощь, за вежливость, за скорость! Благодарю! ☺️

Il n'y a pas de questions à l'équipe. Je l'ai hôte moi-même. Le climatiseur n'est pas disponible ou non inclus, les fenêtres sont ouvertes bruit de là. Le toilette des femmes est seul et mélangé avec la douche. Le comptoir de voyage est retiré de la carte russe, et vous arrivez au lieu que vous avez besoin d'argent. Et vous n'êtes pas prêt pour cela, du mot au tout. En conséquence, l'argent que j'ai dépensé pour le logement pour moi et n'a pas été suffisant jusqu'à la fin du voyage. Et l'argent devrait retourner sur la carte, mais pas encore

I recently stayed at Saya Almaty Hotel during my trip to Almaty, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience that I would recommend to many travelers. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet yet central part of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere away from heavy traffic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made a positive impression. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Even with some language barriers, they did their best to assist with directions, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations, which added a personal touch to the experience. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had a comfortable bed, good lighting, and all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium-length stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the reliable hot water, which is always important after a long day of sightseeing. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast enough for both work and entertainment, which made it convenient for staying connected. One of the highlights of the hotel was the breakfast. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of local and international options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Almaty. The dining area was also clean and relaxed, adding to the overall comfort. In terms of value for money, Saya Almaty Hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality. While it may not be a luxury hotel, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It is especially suitable for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors who are looking for a reliable and budget-friendly option. Overall, my stay at Saya Almaty Hotel was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. If you are visiting Almaty and looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced hotel, this is definitely a solid choice.

Do not book with Trip.com. By booking with them you can stay only in domestic flights terminal. The bods are more exposed, so less noise isolation from the terminal. I contacted the hotel and I asked if the pods to stay with my booking are located in the international terminal, and it was confimed. When I arrived, I was denied and sent to domestic pods. The international pods seem more quite and in much better shape.

Je n'aime pas écrire de mauvaises critiques, mais je le fais avec les meilleures intentions. J'espère que les touristes éviteront cet hôtel. Et j'espère que la direction accordera plus d'attention non seulement au décor luxueux et coûteux, mais aussi à la qualité du travail du personnel. Alors voilà. La description de la chambre sur Trip.com est trompeuse. J'avais réservé une chambre « vue sur la ville », mais il s'est avéré que c'était une chambre sans fenêtre. C'est crucial pour moi. J'ai passé 10 heures en avion, plus autant à l'aéroport lors d'une escale. Et je voulais vraiment dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Malheureusement, ça n'a pas été possible. Car cet hôtel ne semble pas s'adresser aux voyageurs sérieux, mais plutôt aux amateurs de rencontres sans lendemain. Une bouilloire. Il y en a une. Mais pas une seule prise près du bureau. Comment faire chauffer du café ? Question… Et en parlant d'oiseaux, ce qui m'a vraiment déçu, c'est le petit-déjeuner. Ou plutôt, son absence totale. J'ai immédiatement vérifié l'heure en arrivant. On m'a dit 8h-9h (très tard pour un vol très court). J'ai demandé un panier-repas car j'avais un vol le matin. La réceptionniste (j'ignore son nom, elle n'avait pas de badge, ce qui est également une infraction) a marmonné que c'était impossible (pourquoi ? C'est pourtant la norme dans tous les hôtels). Elle m'a promis qu'on me servirait le petit-déjeuner plus tôt, et nous avons convenu de 7h30. Je n'ai rien reçu ni à 7h30 ni à 7h45. Je suis retourné à la réception pour obtenir des explications et, tenez-vous bien, j'y ai trouvé le responsable en train de somnoler. Quand je lui ai demandé où était le petit-déjeuner, il m'a donné une réponse incompréhensible : « Je croyais vous l'avoir dit… » Comment ça, « je vous l'ai dit » ? Vous ne devriez pas dormir, mais superviser le travail du personnel ! J'ai moi-même travaillé dans un hôtel, à la réception, et je sais que même un responsable de permanence doit être debout à 6h du matin. Je ne peux qualifier ce comportement que de négligence. J'ai séjourné à Almaty à de nombreuses reprises, mais je n'ai jamais vu une telle « ferme collective ».

Мне достаточно понравился отель, который забронировал по рекомендации коллег. Было удобно в плане расположения к месту работы. Да и в любое место города от него было не сложно добраться. Персонал вежливый и готовый помочь. Понятно, что у меня был самый просто номер (на третьем этаже), но тем не менее есть пара моментов, которые нужно знать желающим там поселиться. Ванная комната вместительная, но нет ни одного крючка или вешалки, чтобы повесить полотенца или одежду. Сушилка для полотенец расположена над унитазом и это не очень удобно для размещения полотенец. Удивило то, что из номера не выносился мусор. И после 3 суток проживания уборка не была произведена. Как мне объяснили, я должен был оставить ключ и поставить в известность персонал, что не против, если в мое отсутствие в номере произведут уборку. Честно говоря, я с таким правилом нигде не встречался. М.б. это особое правило этого отеля, но про него при заселении никто не сказал. Как и моим коллегам, которые поселились в другие номера. Поскольку я не заказывал еду в номер (а специального помещения для приема пищи в отеле нет), то и не могу оценить ее качество. На ресепшене всегда есть возможность заказать кофе. В целом могу поставить твердую 4-ку.
