C'est un ami qui a séjourné dans cet hôtel quand il est parti en décembre dernier. Il dit que les installations de l'hôtel étaient bonnes, puis que le service du personnel était meilleur et très attentif. Mais rien n'est ce qui fait que les gens se sentent mal. Il avait été aléatoirement voyageant avec deux amis. Le bébé était également passé. Il aurait voulu faire face à tout près de la gare de chemin de fer. Après avoir écouté des amis, il a toujours choisi cet hôtel. Il a essayé de contacter le personnel appelé Tom, qui semblait être Wang Wang. Il était presque dix heures de nuit quand il a été contacté. Il nous a demandé à quelle heure le train était arrivé quand on est sortis. Il a attendu à la gare de train quand on est sortis !!!! Cette fois de voyage n'a jamais été expérience !! Pas parce que je me suis fait une nuit, ou parce que je me suis fait un service très formalisé. Après avoir reçu quelques attractions de la voiture, nous avons recommandé de la nourriture avec soin. Les endroits délicieux près de l'hôtel. Les amis ont dit qu'ils étaient un peu déprimés pour aller dîner d'abord. Tom nous a envoyés directement au lieu de dîner après avoir entendu, Après avoir recommandé de bien commander, nous avons également donné à l'affaire l'attention de notre goût, le goût de la bouffe!! Très attentif!! Nous n'avons pas encore fait notre séjour à ce moment-là!! En fait, tant de personnes voyagent, tant de petites et moyennes habitant des dizaines d'hôtels différents. C'est le premier service si intime à rencontrer. Très touché. Ce petit frère a refusé de remercier pour les frais de voiture et les sacs rouges. Il a dit que nous étions satisfaits de l'hôtel et de la résidence. La vie est toujours pleine de telles surprises. Je ne pensais pas que la première fois, comme un étranger, pourrait être intéressante pour beaucoup d'autres, mais je veux dire, faire des petites choses bien, faire des choses touchantes est merveilleux! 酒店真的很不錯了，外面的環境特別棒，來入住的時候前台辦理很快，還送我們到房間，到了房間有歡迎水果，晚上還有人打電話詢問要不要晚安粥，服務很贊呢，這樣的價格在北上廣深衹能住快捷酒店，沒想到200多住了五星級，關鍵是物超所值，湘潭這樣的四線城市能有這樣的酒店和服務，真是不錯。

Les installations de la chambre d'hôtel sont parfaitement équipées. La chambre n'a pas de biens de consommation. Il est très pratique de séjourner en or. La soeur de la réception a souri très chaleureusement, très attentivement, mes vêtements ont oublié de prendre la chambre, Le téléphone est très opportun, heureusement, il n'est pas encore monté à grande vitesse, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner a bon goût, très satisfait.

BBrian DaleI seldom share my experiences in Chinese hotels. That is a mistake. China’s hotels are among the world’s most comfortable and reasonably priced. I am now in the home of chairman Mao and staying at the very comfortable Jianguo hotel. After arriving in Shaoshan (over 38 years since my last visit), I have been overwhelmed by the friendliness of the local people and the staff at the Jianguo hotel. In what may be called one of the more politically important destinations in China, I have found open arms and smiles. My American friends can learn something from this. I am clearly not a local but, even during this time of geopolitical tension, I am receiving nothing less than genuine friendship, no animosity, and this makes me feel optimistic. I hope that we in the United States can learn from the Chinese people’s example. Thank you, everybody at the Jianguo Hotel. including Liu Zheng who personally took me to Chairman Mao’s residence this morning. He offered to do this while eating dinner in the hotel restaurant last night (please try the 香椿拌豆腐). He introduced me to the park’s director and facilitated everything to make this visit so special. Liu Jingli just treated me to lunch and is driving me to the train station. This kind of service I’ve never received before in my hundred plus countries and I think that it is important that we share these stories with the outside world. This hospitality, too, is an essential part of China. (I would argue it is even more real than the news stories we receive out of Washington DC.) Chairman Mao’s home will forever echo with not just memories of the past but optimism of a more respectful and inclusive future.
