While the room was spacious enough to accommodate a family of three comfortably, the overall experience was severely marred by
outdated facilities and inadequate service.
Faulty Shower and hair dryer: The shower in the room was broken, and it was evident that no prior maintenance check had been conducted.
Poor Front Desk Response:At around 9 PM, I called the front desk to report the issue. The staff responded dismissively, only stating they would "send someone to check."After waiting 20 minutes with no action, I had to personally visit the front desk to escalate the matter.
Inefficient Resolution:The maintenance worker arrived but confirmed the shower could not be repaired, necessitating a room change. Despite my exhaustion after a long-haul flight, I was instructed to pack all my belongings and return to the front desk to complete the room-swap paperwork—this at nearly 11 PM. Frustrated, I demanded that the new room key be delivered to me, as I was in no state to shuttle back and forth.
