Très bon accueil avec cadeaux de bienvenue, snacks et bouteilles d'eau. Personnel agréable.
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Équipement en très bon état. Très bonne connexion wifi.
La salle de repas n'est pas très grande mais petit-déjeuner très correct.

This is a family owned property. When I checked in, i was greeted with a smile and given a small goody bag for choosing their hotel. Loved the personal touch with the gift bag! Rooms are a nice size and comfortable. Oh, did I mention complimentary breakfast! Great bonus and money saver.

The location was very nice, clean and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely staff at this location again on a trip to Houston.

Love the place! It's pleasantly clean and spacious, and offers many amenities. The staff is super helpful and they know their jobs very well! The price is so good with such a place! The room looks exactly like the picture. It is just 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop and around 17 minute drive from downtown. To the manager and staff, keep up the good work!

Showed up for my reservation only to be informed that the previous storm knocked power out so they cannot accommodate me and the Indian gentleman at the front desk assured me that a refund will be processed.
That's fine I understand, I messaged through ******* to get the refund only to be told that I should have cancelled 24hrs before and they have electricity. Messaged again and got no response . Still no refund yet. Horrible customer service, never again. I am still awaiting my refund please.

Unfortunately we couldn’t tell you how it is on the inside as when we showed up to check in, the building was caution taped off. No one contacted us from the hotel updating on their current status or that we would need to make other arrangements. A quick courtesy call letting us know that other accommodations would be needed would have gone a long way in terms of basic customer service, instead we were left to get another hotel after being left stranded. Extremely unprofessional and lacking any basic communication skills makes this a chain of hotels I would never book with again.

Very nice place with cameras outside for safety. The office staff are very kind. Our room was super clean and smelled great. They gave us a bag with snacks and water which was so cute. The room had shaving kit and tooth kit. Which each one of my kids needed. Great place all around. At night their planters light up very pretty

Limited dinning but right off way 45. The building does not face the noisy road do it was quiet. Security cameras everywhere. The parking lot, lobby, breakfast area and rooms were all very new and well maintained. Rooms were big with extras like toothbrush kits for two guests. Large flat screen tvs in the room. Nice two person couch and coffee table area with one chair desk. Large chest of drawers large refrigerator, hair dryer and iron and ironing board etc. one of the best equipped rooms with amenities I’ve ever seen. Nice friendly staff. Super clean rooms.
