Wooded, Lakefront home in Apple Valley

Our home is located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH. This house has 3 levels, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The lower level has a TV room with a walk-out basement to a hot tub and fire pit. The lower level includes a full bathroom, a pool table, and a bunkroom with 2 full & 2 twin beds. On the main floor are the master bedroom (king) with a full bathroom, kitchen with walkout to 2nd story deck, and family room with TV and fireplace. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 queens) and a bathroom. Apple Valley Lake is 511 acres and is known to be the cleanest lake in Ohio. It is a beautiful and relaxing setting. Relax and have fun swimming, floating, and fishing off of our dock while enjoying great views of the lake. Area activities include Apple Valley Golf Course, Honey Run Falls, Mohican State Park and more. PLEASE NOTE: Steep path to dock, Apple Valley Lake is privately owned and regulated, so while you can use our dock for swimming, floating and fishing you will NOT be able to boat or use the beaches/pools, those amenities are reserved for property owners only. Also, during the winter the lake is lowered.
