IInvitéFood is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay.
the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

LLucasoPros: Breakfast is perfect, very good combination of western and *********. Location is perfect if you are visiting Jiao Tong University and Tsinghua University. Only a couple of bus stops. Very authentic local restaurants around. Employees are willing to help. Free soda in the fridge, decent gym. Good balcony view in certain rooms.
Cons: My room was clean but shower head was loose, although I was able to fix it myself, it made the bathroom a chaos. Shampoo and bodywash are not good considering it's a 4-star. Electronic bidet that cleans you but doesn't dry you out... public baths could be a good place to relax, but it only open 4-10pm, which is not friendly to travellers who only stay for the night.

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

IInvitéLa position de cet hôtel est proche du centre commercial de la grande ville et de la grande lubrifiante. Il est également très pratique de monter sur le haut-terrain. L'hôtel est très propre. Lorsque vous séjournez, vous pourrez profiter de l'accueil. Je ne peux malheureusement pas entrer dans la chambre. Vous pourrez profiter seulement du premier étage de l'accueil, et il y a beaucoup de boissons à utiliser, Il y a beaucoup de stationnements dans l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de places de stationnement, très bon hôtel

HHelen HongLa porte est capable de passer par la carte de chambre, la chambre est attachée à la porte, le remorqueur unique, le ventilateur, juste près de la route, le son est plus mauvais, vous entendrez le son du véhicule la nuit, le lieu est superbe, la sortie est la carte de station.
Santé, on a trouvé que les lignes de la carte étaient détruites sur le linge, que la pression était vraiment immédiate et qu'il y avait aussi une tige unique.
L'expérience du sommeil est encore très bonne.

UUtilisateur anonymethe location is great because it is in the heart of the city, the room size is decent for a couple. There is no available breakfast, I don't know why? maybe the cause is COVID-19? but the other hotels have it..
BTW service is slow, I call the hotel personnel to refill my water but what happens is.. the refilling done by tomorrow after my second call on them..
