Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast.
However, terrible experience about the staff.
1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there.
2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there.

Generally it’s a nice hotel, there are some stains on the bedsheets but it feels clean. Very closed to the train station and downtown area is within walking distance.
The wall is not soundproof so just be aware. They provide towels for internal use and there’s study beside the bed.

Fantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised.
Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

Restez pendant 3 nuits signifie que nous allons entrer à partir de 6h et vérifier le lendemain 12 heures, retourner à 6h pour vérifier et vérifier à nouveau le lendemain, total 3 fois.
Une commission de service (pour les 6 heures 12h00 à 6h00) est perçue pour garder la chambre pendant la journée pour le séjour de 3 nuits, en évitant le check-in et le check-out quotidien.
Le parking est très confortable et vous avez été très bien placé dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec une petite diffusion de buffet et quelques autres articles que vous pouvez commander de la cuisine.

FFreelaxStayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

Le petit déjeuner est très riche et délicieux, il y a beaucoup de choix pour répondre aux besoins de goûts différents. Il y a un grand nombre de plats disponibles, tant en Chine que dans l'Ouest, ce qui rend les gens pleins d'énergie et de soupe au début d'un jour.
Services d'actualisation
L'hôtel nous a aidés à mettre à jour la chambre gratuitement pendant notre séjour. L'espace de la chambre après la mise à jour est plus grand, très confortable et les installations sont plus complètes. Cela a permis de faire beaucoup plus d'expériences de logement et de sentir l'importance et l'intimité de l'hôtel pour les invités.
Environnement
L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon, la décoration interne est moderne et élégante. La chambre est large et lumineuse, et est raisonnablement conçue, et la personne se sent très relaxée. Tant dans la zone publique que dans la chambre d'hôte, elle est hautement propre et propre, donnant un sentiment de confort et de plaisir.

FFreelaxRéservé à environ 10h. Personnel amical et patient. L'hôtel est très vieux. La chambre est assez grande. Parce qu'ils n'ont quitté que 2 lits de taille royale et à l'intérieur de notre budget, nous venons de prendre un séjour de nuit. La chambre n'est pas très bien éclairée. Ils ont un balcon et il y a une moto stationnaire. Ils offrent des toilettes et ils ont une douche et une baignoire séparées. L'hôtel est juste à l'opposé de la station de police, il est super sûr. L'hôtel à proximité a 2 temples. Il y a aussi une TV et des magasins de confort, mais nous notons que peu de magasins sont ouverts même à 9 heures.

YyongdeClean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.
