Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. This was the best experience. Great property super nice people working there. A true 5 star hotel! Owner came by and was so kind. Heart shaped tree is truly special instagram pictures. Restaurant was awesome. Beautiful beach super peaceful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Le jour où nous sommes allés à la maison, nous avons vérifié et entré dans la chambre à l'immeuble 10 ou 11, je ne me souvenais pas clairement. 4 Les étages, le nombre de chambres est beaucoup, quand nous sommes arrivés, il était très calme, il n'y avait personne dans une chambre. Nous sommes 2 femmes, nous nous regardons les uns les autres et nous avons décidé de changer la chambre, nous avons demandé au comptable pourquoi ne pas nous informer d'abord qu'il n'y a personne à rester dans ce bâtiment. Pour améliorer la chambre, nous sommes d'accord Quelle réponse a été La clientèle a réservé une chambre deluxe Comme il se sent terrible à répondre Lorsque nous attendions de changer la chambre, il y avait un autre homme qui a réservé une chambre deluxe aussi. Venez demander un changement et il a informé que personne ne peut rester, il est très calme et effrayant, plus le 1er étage n'est pas Une lumière devrait être en mesure de cuisiner le service beaucoup, si quelqu'un réserve une chambre de luxe dans cette zone et il n'y a pas d'invité, Il devrait lui suggérer de mettre à niveau la salle avant de perdre des sentiments. Quelqu'un pensera accepter de mettre à niveau si sachant qu'il n'y a personne dans cette zone. Quel est vraiment effrayant.

The concept of villa rooms with private swimming pool is obviously very attractive but unfortunately it’s just a concept.…. 1 / the private pool: 0/5 In fact, the pool is so cold that I couldn't get in despite the outside temperature of 27 degrees. This is because the sun only arrives to heat it around 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Not enough. The hotel's large main pool is exposed to full sun and the water is really nice. It is therefore the absence of sun that makes the private swimming pool unusable. That’s probably why the staff don’t clean it. We had to ask to remove the floating plants and other waste on our arrival but this was never done again during our stay…. And no material available to do it yourself. So even if you don't mind cold water, be prepared to share your private pool with plant waste. So I wonder what the point of having booked a villa with a private pool if you can't go ... 2 / the private terrace: 1/5 The private terrace was also never cleaned during our entire stay. We had asked our arrival to do it because there were so many leaves and other debris (including on the sunbathing mattresses) and especially because a snake had entered the room as soon as we opened the terrace door... The staff arrived very quickly to fix it and I understood that the wooden doors leave a free space at ground level even when closed (it seems to age badly). The staff taped the 3 doors and we could no longer go to the terrace…. Of course I took it all off myself but I wonder what the point of having booked a villa with private terrace if you can't go ... 3 / the villa: 3/5 Discreet and intimate. Really nice. Entrance / living room + Large bedroom + bathroom with large bathtub, indoor and outdoor shower (a real plus !!). I only put 3/5 because the mattress is not worthy of a room at 330 € / night and the bed itself creaks very loudly. It’s also time for a good makeover because it starts to age strongly ... 4 / location: 0/5 Of course I had noted that the hotel was out of the way (7-10 km from Hua Hin) but the website indicated a free shuttle. But No, No shuttle because of Covid. The hotel proposed a taxi! Probably the taxi is not affected by the Covid? But above all, the hotel takes its margin (100% !!!): 300 baht to go with the hotel taxi but we paid 150 for the return with a local taxi. Above all: NO NATURAL BEACH !!! Access constantly blocked. Unconvincing artificial beach. A shame in Hua Hin but above all the description on the website speaks of ”crystalline lagoons” totally untrue !! It is scandalous to make people believe that. 5 / the service: 2/5 As often in Thailand, Staff is very kind and attentive and special THANKS to Jiew from Baan Dum restaurant !! But I regret that we do not respond to the email when booking or to the one when checking online. Not professional. Hotel appears almost new, very few guests, presumably post Covid.Got a good rate (on the door). Restaurant was closed except for breakfast, but second night, staff managed to rustle up room service which was good. Hotel good overall, only thing I found a bit odd was the claim that the hotel is 150 Metres from the beach. It is, but there is no direct access, so a 1 k round trip trek up the road called for. Looks like a good venue for business meetings etc.
