整體還挺好，帶孩子去方特入住的，服務態度，早餐，房間都還不錯。但是，我是晚上8點多這樣到的，可能是因為第二天有婚禮，賓客入住比較多，check in的客人有10幾個，然而前台衹有一個工作人員辦理入住，等的非常久。等待期間，4.5個人在大廳吸煙無人勸阻無人管，烏煙瘴氣雲霧繚繞，沒辦法我讓老婆帶孩子出去等待了，希望加強管理
