有一説一，本來想給中評。但，我們入住時前台小姑娘真很不錯，處理問題，解決問題，微笑服務。但，客房服務或者説沒有任何敲門、問詢的擅自開門、還跑挺快的，應該加強培訓。去找洗衣房，遇到客房服務人員，都能給指錯，不應該。房間的話，第一次住希爾頓品牌的花園酒店，晚上這個季節雖然不冷，但也不熱，中央空調冷風，不應該。衞生間和淋浴間門很沉，不習慣。台盆下水很慢很慢，不正常。總體而言，還不如歡朋，但價位超越歡朋。

IInvitéC'est vraiment trop satisfait, le peuple est très propre et intelligent. Le style est bon. Faites attention à votre petit frère, non seulement bon, service honnête, et soigneusement organisé. Expliquez-nous en détail la route de montée, conçue pour nous personnellement, communiquez sans entraves tout le long de la route, Huangshan est vraiment très agréable, acheter Huangshan, manger dans les habitants, les bétails agricoles sont vraiment ingérants, très délicieux. Le lendemain, nous avons retourné à Kowloon, joué à l'eau, capturé le poisson, nageant, nageant, vivre un voyage de ce genre est vraiment inquiétant. Le plan de voyage que nous avons fait pour aider le petit frère est vraiment trop satisfaisant. Il est vraiment trop chanceux de trouver un tel petit frère. C'est vraiment un bon endroit pour se débarrasser de nous, et nous rentrons tous les étés. Nous recommanderons également à nos amis de venir.

__WeChat293478****Les installations et les services de l'hôtel sont très bons, et l'environnement extérieur est également agréable, mais la nourriture au restaurant n'est vraiment pas délicieuse. Il est vraiment incohérent pour un hôtel avec des tarifs aussi élevés de préparer une telle nourriture. La nourriture chinoise qu'ils ont livrée n'était pas délicieuse et le service était très lent. Il a fallu une heure pour attendre que les quatre plats soient servis. Le soir, mon fils a dit que la nourriture chinoise n'était pas bonne, alors il a essayé la nourriture occidentale. Il a commandé un steak pour quatre cents yuans. Le steak n'était pas bien cuit et la portion était très petite. Ce n'était pas suffisant pour une personne et c'était seulement la moitié de la taille d'un steak dans un restaurant de steak normal. Je suis allé dans d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles et j'ai mangé des steaks qui coûtaient plus de 300 yuans et ils étaient délicieux. Les portions étaient plusieurs fois plus grandes que les steaks de cet hôtel et étaient suffisantes pour deux personnes. La seule bonne chose, ce sont les desserts. La chambre coûte plus de 3 000 yuans, mais le chef qui l'accompagne ne coûte que 500 yuans.

FFVDBLe salon était très bon à l'hôtel 0517!! Le lobby et la chambre semblait encore mieux que sur les photos. Très confortable et élégant. Belle ambiance. La douche était aussi grande. Mais la meilleure chose sur notre séjour était le personnel. Ils étaient extrêmement gentils et utiles. Ils nous ont aidé à planifier nos voyages de jour et ont donné un service de qualité dans l'hôtel ! Merci beaucoup pour rendre notre séjour si agréable, espérons que vous recevez beaucoup de gentils invités !

IInvitéHongcun Yushan mountain scenery house is convenienly located near the South Gate of Hongcun Scenic area. We booked courtyard B which is located outside and behind the main hotel complex with breakfast included. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, and had a small courtyard, but unfortunately no garden chairs or table to sit outside. In hindsight we woud book another room in the main complex next time. It has a lovely open garden and plenty of outdoor seating. I contacted the hotel before our stay and managed by using a voice translator to connect with the staff on Wechat. A friendly staff member met us at the entrance to the scenic area and entry is free of charge when you stay at the hotel. The hotel staff don't speak any English, but they were very helpful and friendly and we got along fine using Wechat and other translators. I won't recommend eating dinner at the hotel as there are many local Chinese restaurants in the ancient village. The hotel offers a coffee shop in the lobby and has a number of options, like Americano, Latte etc. The coffee is very good, but I felt it was a bit pricey for the cup size. The hotel breakfast is Chinese with no Western options, and it is served in unique way in a tray. I enjoyed the breakfast, but my husband would have liked more western options. On our arrival the room was already pre-heated and the beds in the room were comfortable. It was snowing lightly when we arrived and there were umbrellas available in the room. They also provide vanity items. We visited just before the Chinese New Year tourist rush at the beginning of the holiday and this was a very good location and time to visit despite the cold weather. The ancient village was not too crowded and it was nice to walk around in the evenings and daytime with the hotel is situated conveniently right next to the South lake. Drone flying is allowed which can give drone flyers an aerial view of the village. Depending on your iterinary a one night stay is sufficient to visit Hongcun and the nearby Xidi ancient village then move on to another hotel at the foot or top of the mountain or Tunxi village. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel to travelers wanting a good hotel experience in Hongcun.

They went above and beyond to help us such as dropping us off to South Gate to go hike up Huang Shan mountain, giving us hiking sticks and getting us a shared ride back to Huang Shan North Train Station. They offer breakfast and offer lunch at the place! The rooms were super comfortable and really warm. Thank you so much for all your help and wishing you a happy new year 🧧🥰😊

YYing ChiCe séjour a été une excellente note ! Tout d'abord, l'extérieur de l'hôtel était magnifique dès l'entrée. Ensuite, ils nous ont laissé déposer quelques-uns de nos bagages, ce qui nous a évité de les emmener au sommet de la montagne pour une nuit, ce qui nous a permis de nous épargner autant de choses, ce qui était extrêmement pratique. Ensuite, de l'hôtel, ils nous ont conduits à l'entrée sud et la voiture était propre, spacieuse et confortable. L'hôtel offre également le petit-déjeuner et la blanchisserie gratuitement ! Super ! Le lendemain, à notre retour de la montagne, on nous a donné un numéro pour contacter quelqu'un de l'hôtel qui viendrait nous chercher et nous ramènerait à l'hôtel ! De nombreux employés étaient présents pour nous aider à notre arrivée. L'un nous a aidés à nous enregistrer, un autre nous a expliqué le service en chambre et nous a montré le menu. Alors que nous récupérions nos bagages, une employée nous a aidés à porter tous nos sacs lourds et nous a gentiment indiqué où se trouvait notre chambre. Même lorsque nous avons essayé de l'aider, elle nous a dit que tout allait bien. De plus, dès notre arrivée dans nos chambres, nous avons été immédiatement séduits par leur propreté irréprochable, leur ambiance chaleureuse et confortable, leur parfum agréable et leur espace généreux pour une famille de quatre personnes ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Ils se sont également mis en quatre pour répondre à nos demandes particulières et ont montré qu'ils se souciaient sincèrement du bien-être de leurs clients.

IInvitéJ'ai voyagé seule avec mes enfants cet été, et ils m'ont aidé à changer de chambre. C'était plutôt bien. La nouvelle chambre était un peu trop sombre, peut-être à cause de son emplacement, et je ne pouvais pas y lire (ce que mes enfants adorent). La nourriture était plutôt bonne, et j'ai choisi de déjeuner et dîner à l'hôtel. Certains avis disent que ce n'était pas terrible, mais je dirais que c'est plutôt bien pour un hôtel en montagne. Nous avons aussi pris un buffet au sommet du mont Gwangmyeong, bien plus varié qu'à l'hôtel Xihai. Dommage de ne pas avoir pu voir le lever du soleil. Je compte y retourner la prochaine fois pour me rattraper. J'ai emmené les enfants voir le coucher de soleil, qui était absolument magnifique. La chambre était correcte, et c'est plutôt bien pour un hôtel en montagne. Ça dépend de la comparaison. Oh, et il y avait des spectacles et des films le soir, que les enfants ont adorés. Une fois endormis, je suis descendue en douce pour admirer le ciel étoilé. Il y avait tellement d'étoiles, mais je regrette de ne pas avoir apporté mon appareil photo pour capturer la Voie Lactée.

MM8703****Descendez au centre de transfert Nanmen, à la gare de Tangkouling, dans la ville de Tangkou. L'hôtel met à votre disposition une voiture spéciale. L'environnement est agréable. Des Xiaodu et des robots livrent les plats à emporter. Surclassements de chambre gratuits, souvenirs, conseils gratuits sur les stratégies d'escalade, et le service est particulièrement soigné. Un restaurant est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Les clients de l'hôtel bénéficient d'une réduction de 15 %. Le goût est moyen. J'ai bien sûr testé d'autres hôtels et le goût est similaire. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés dans les environs. Le petit-déjeuner du lendemain est à 15 yuans pour les adultes et 10 yuans pour deux enfants. Un petit-déjeuner est gratuit. Le goût est correct. Le lendemain, une voiture sera envoyée au centre de transfert Xiaoyaoxi pour le dépôt des bagages. En bref, l'expérience est bonne et je le recommande à mes proches.

LLaraleyliGreat hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy.
The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance. We would definitely go back there!!
超棒的酒店！这一带最漂亮、最棒的酒店。我们住了一间带阳台的山景房，景色宁静又治愈。如果你想远离城市的喧嚣，这里绝对是理想之选。浴室非常干净卫生，床也超级舒适柔软。
老板热情好客、友善亲切，对当地非常熟悉，给我们推荐了很多好去处和美食餐厅。整个住宿期间他都提供了很多帮助。虽然酒店离最近的小镇有点远，但绝对值得 —— 毕竟开车到最近的黄山入口只要15分钟。我们一定会再来！
