Pros:
1. the property is very close to the bus entrance to Huang Shan.
2. The boss lady (it's an endearing way to address the women who manage hotels and restaurants in China) is very kind and helpful!
3. the restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good and friendly.
Con:
It's not really a problem of the property. I took the transit organized by the hotel to Hong Cun. The driver was very aggressive in his driving style. We left around 7pm, which is quite dark. He was making aggressive turns and brakes, making everyone onboard extremely nervous.

1.这处房产离黄山的公交入口很近。
2.老板娘非常善良，乐于助人！
3.一楼的餐厅很不错，也很友好。
Con：
这其实不是房地产的问题。我乘坐酒店组织的交通工具到洪村。司机的驾驶风格非常激进。我们在晚上7点左右离开，当时很黑。他急转弯和急刹车，让船上的每个人都非常紧张。

Nice stay there. The hotel manager is very helpful and explained the whole trip to us. She also offered us a free car parking space for an extra night.

The hotel is in a a great location near the bus station to the Mountain entrances, literally a 5 minute walk. Friendly staff and the restaurant downstairs serves great local food!

店家非常好，到了換乘中心，老闆主動開車來接😄還細心的給我們講解路線，民宿就靠近南大門，幾百米就到換乘中心，房間真的如圖所示，乾淨衞生。樓下有餐廳，味道特別好，服務也好，早晨還有自助早餐提供😄到黃山旅遊的一定🉐住他家，住的好吃的也好，👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻，這次旅行真的很滿意，下次還來，，必須五星好評

民宿離黃山南門是真的近，出門過個馬路走5分鐘到南門換乘絕對方便。老闆娘服務也很熱情，幫忙解決了上黃山的攻略。房間環境設施還是略微有點舊了，房間隔音也一般，不過到黃山基本早起倒也不影響。房間衞生還是OK的。

服務：女老闆非常熱情細心，因為入住這裏都是來爬黃山的，她會很耐心且詳細地講解各個爬山路線來供你選擇，人真的超級nice👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
設施：該有的都有，也非常乾淨衞生，男生有需要的話還可以去前台跟老闆要一次性刮鬍刀；
環境：旁邊是老闆朋友開的餐館-曹家食坊，各種菜品都很美味；附近二三百米就是逍遙溪換乘站，有4個進站口，1和2是去前山慈光閣的，3和4是去後山雲谷寺的，非常方便；另外，換乘站同方向還有幾個打卡點，很適合遊客拍照留念（詳見照片）；
安全：在這裏特別強調的是，我一共預訂了三晚，而第二晚是在山上住的，為了輕裝上山，把筆記本電腦、小背包、幾件衣服等留在了房間，下山後發現東西一樣沒少，且未被擅自移動過，衹有洗漱用品、廁紙等進行了更新以及垃圾進行了清理。再次給個大大的贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

服務：超級好的 會細心耐心的給我們講解黃山路線和攻略，會根據我們體力情況給予最詳細和最好的建議，還有登山杖免費提供，我們退房忘記東西也會暖心詢問和提醒，十分感謝
環境：還不錯，離逍遙溪換乘中心很近，步行幾分鐘，雖然離客運中心附近最大的換乘中心有一點距離，但是酒店提供免費接送服務，可以提前打電話諮詢，所以一點都不影響登山行程，超級方便
設施：完善，樓下的飯店也很好吃 老闆都很熱情
