Le 3 octobre, par une journée très fréquentée à Huangshan, j'ai visité cet hôtel récemment rénové. L'expérience globale a largement dépassé mes attentes et le classement de l'hôtel (surtout comparé au Banyan Tree Inn, en contrebas de la montagne, où j'avais séjourné lors de mon précédent voyage). Cela témoigne du professionnalisme et du dévouement de la nouvelle équipe de direction (à mon avis). Tout d'abord, la réceptionniste (malheureusement, je n'ai pas retenu son nom) a répondu à toutes mes questions avec une attention et une expertise méticuleuses, et m'a proposé de surclasser ma chambre en catégorie 2. Ensuite, la gouvernante, Mme Cheng Lei, s'est montrée attentionnée et attentionnée : elle nous a aidés avec les bagages, nous a guidés hors du hall, nous a donné des conseils sur les couchers et levers de soleil, et nous a même aidés à obtenir des bons repas et des souvenirs. Enfin, le personnel était globalement positif et accueillant, témoignant d'un haut niveau de formation.
