bonne situation de l’hôtel proche de plusieurs restaurants ou supérettes. établissement propre avec serviettes changées chaque jour. le fait de ne pas entrer avec ses chaussures permet aussi de garder l’hostel propre. la famille et en particulier la gérante sont très sympathiques . elle a pu organiser un aller retour au Laos pour un problème de visa, offrir des boissons chaudes aux enfants… elle nous a même proposer de les faire manger gratuitement car suite à des grosses pluies, la ville était les pieds dans l’eau. même si la pluie était au rendez-vous, la chaleur humaine qui se dégageait de la famille nous a permis de passer des bons moments. manque d’insonorisation. L’hostel est au bout d’une ruelle, nous n’entendions donc pas le bruit de la rue mais les vitres étant fines, nous entendions notamment un chien qui aboyait régulièrement.

We had the most amazing time at Bon Ami. Fin is the kindest person, and provides the very best quality. The rooms are clean and well lighted, with blinds and facilities within the room. Very good breakfast included in the formula, and Fin helped us on bus reservations and even proposed to send me my lost shoes to my next place !! I would recommend a 100%.

terrible hostel. the toilet didn’t flush and there were hundreds of bugs on the floor. the bed didn’t have a sheet on it. anytime we went to the reception (which is supposed to be 24 hours) there was no one there and someone had to be rung to come and help. strange atmosphere as didn’t appear to be anyone else staying here. door by reception is left open overnight so felt quite unsafe. would not recommend anyone to come here

Terrible experience at this hostel. There were cockroaches in our room and when we alerted the staff they didn’t seem to care. The reception is supposedly 24 hours however every time we went there no one was as the desk. Definitely avoid staying here if you ever visit Hue

So I didnt stay at this hostel but booked a bus with them to Phong Nha. The lady on the phone was really helpful even though I wasn’t a paying guest. When I arrived in Hue, I had just done the Hai Van pass in the rain and had no dry clothes so she gave me some to borrow which was so kind. I was also allowed to use the shower and sit in the reception area while I waited for my bus …. All without being a paying guest. The ladies at reception were so sweet and friendly and I’m sure this would have been a lovely stay if I did have a night! Thank you again

Very nice staff and clean room, also possibility to rent a bike here and transport to the airport and other places. I stayed here for one night while showing up at the counter. You can book your stay on multiple platforms like Agoda *********** and Hostelworld.

Nice hostel for booking the hai van pass tour - if you want to ride with a guide mr bi and mr thanh were the best and made the whole trip super easy and fun!! We just booked at the front desk and they came to pick us up there. Amazing experience!

Good, cheap hostel in central location. Booked the Hai Van pass through the hostel and had Mr Bi and Mr Thanh as my guides - couldn’t have asked for better! They stopped off at all the key points and took photos for everyone. Both of them are also very funny and speak good english! Thank you Mr Bi & Mr Thanh!!!

Not only was the hostel lovely, the Hai Van easy rider tour was one of my favorite things we did in Vietnam. Mr. Bi and Mr. Thanh were the best tour guides we’ve encountered in our time in Vietnam. They were funny, informative and kept us safe the whole time. Highly recommend booking the tour with them! :)
