Meilleurs Hôtels de Huerta de Murcia, Espagne

Estuve el pasado viernes día 13/10/2023, y reservé una suite. Indicar que el baño está casi tan grande como la habitación, con su bañera de hidromasaje que no use, pero que tenia. La cama era de las dimensiones indicadas, pero el olor de la habitación, era insufrible. Cuando llegue, las ventanas estaban abiertas de par en par, luego eran conscientes de ello. Baje a recepción y lo indique ( la chica exquisita) y me dijeron que enviarían al servicio, ya que yo salía hacer unas gestiones. Cuando llegue, el olor igual y las ventanas de par en par. Habitación 523. Una pena que lo que podía hacer estado bien, suponga un no volveré, por si acaso. El tema del olor en las habitaciones, posiblemente de la ventilación debe corregirse, dada la mala imagen que te llevas. El parking, para coches muy pequeños y fuera del hotel. Avise de que el vehículo era grande y el chico que me acompañó quería que lo dejara en una plaza que no entraba. Lo pude acomodar en otra, con muchísima dificultad. Y cuando fui a salir, pues no podía, dado que habías vehículos que me impedían salir. Un poco de cuidado con estos detalles también vendría bien

State of a perfect night. Sehr freundliche Aufmerksamkeit, sauber Zimmer (basic aber erforderlich), ruhig und in der wir gut ausruhen. Frühstück ziemlich gut. Je ne vous conseillerais que, en critique constructive, de réviser et de reposer les couverts du buffet. Il fallait bien choisir quand vous cogiez parce que beaucoup de gens avaient des restes, comme si vous n'auriez pas bien sorti de la lave-vaisselle. Cependant, l'hôtel est très recommandé en qualité de prix.

L'expérience et le séjour ici ont été très bons, c'était la deuxième fois que je suis venue ici avec mon partenaire et cette fois, c'est mieux que la précédente. La chambre était bien réfrigérée, l'hôtel est parfait, il a beaucoup de supermarchés près et aussi des restaurants à manger rapide. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage, la chambre continuait à odeurer du tabac, bien qu'elle était une chambre pour non-fumeurs, comme la première fois que je suis venue ici. Le séchoir doit être enfoncé tout le temps et à la fin, les doigts sont fatigués, et au moins dans notre dernière chambre, il n'y avait pas de bouchon dans la salle de bain, donc je ne pouvais pas me coucher les cheveux devant le miroir. Au fait, le traitement était très bon et le lit très grand et confortable.

My first impression of the hotel was its staff. Very nice and helpful. We booked a room where parking was included and without breakfast, so the rating of the hotel and its area is without the breakfast part. The room was very large and faced the street, blackout curtains which was a big plus. The rooms are not soundproof and you will hear cars playing bassmusic when they stop for the red sign and doors banging in the corridor. There was a fridge in the room and AC at no extra cost. Security box probably cost money, we didn't use it. The area in which the hotel is located is on a car street so not many shops so the nearby area is okey and there is a large Mercadona is very close. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the center. An ok walk during the day but I wouldn't recommend it in the evening. There is a very run down residential area that you pass, that wouldn't feel safe in the evening. Even during the day, we noticed some strange people who stood out, so we took the car to the city in the evening. There are several 4 stars hotel in the area and they cant help the bad neighboorhood and this is so strange because you can go through an area and first it feels safe, then no and then yes. Its just this 5-10 minutes walk through the residentas area that didnt feel safe so avoid if possible that area.

Nous avons été deux jours de séjour et la vérité que l'impression initiale était merveilleuse par la gentillesse du récepteur. La surprise était encore plus quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre et nous avons vu combien il est large. Tout propre et la vérité change de lit et de bain chaque jour. Incroyable.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant plus d'une semaine. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Murcia. Site confortable et tranquille. Bonne qualité du sommeil grâce à de bonnes mathématiques et une insonorisation des chambres très bonne. Amélioré service de bain. il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux et manque de toile de visage. Excellent service de lave-vaisselle automatique. Je le conseille pour qui doit séjourner à Murcia et pas passer la nuit seulement à l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est finalement bien placé pour visiter Murcia à pied. L'hôtel est très confortable, le petit déjeuné est excellent surtout si comme nous vous aimez les fruits. Murcia est une ville à découvrir. Un plus , le parking directement accessible de l'hôtel

Vous trouverez également un buffet de petit déjeuner avec une grande variété de produits de haute qualité. Les chambres, en particulier les lits et les coussins sont très confortables!
