環境：環境還不錯，旁邊就有一個比較大的美食街，吃飯打車也挺方便的，但是酒店就是靠近路邊的，晚上睡覺的話大貨車的聲音會有點吵。
設施：房間設施都挺新的，配套齊全，就是熱水器熱水不夠熱，以及無線網絡有點卡，其他都很好。
衞生：房間衞生真的很乾凈，沒有異味，兩天都住的很舒適👍第二天做續住衞生的阿姨也很認真，點贊👍
服務：服務還行，跟前台小姐姐説需要安靜的房間，也給我安排了，非常點贊👍個人覺得，服務還有很多提升的空間，每個前台都給我一種很嚴肅的感覺😂

洗衣服方便，還有烘乾設備，早上也不貴，離高鐵站很近呀，晚上也比安靜

之前入住好幾次覺得挺不錯就訂了，後面幾次感覺沒剛開始好，沖涼房的花灑水壓明顯比之前小好多，還偶爾時不時會變冷水

半夜到的，在深圳到惠州已經很疲憊了，睡了三個小時就工作去了，維也納的品質需要提升提升了，成本節儉已經把品質降低了太多了

回惠州老家看裝修進度的，本來是 12 點退房，裝修公司的事情比較瑣碎，前台 1 號小姐姐主動打電話過來給我延時退房，人美心善，下次來了還住這裏

第一次住這家店，位置挺好找，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，進入房間的格局讓人看着挺舒服，早餐也不錯都是鹹淡口味，適合我這樣不吃辣的人
