Hôtels Ramada à Huizhou

So, it is a beautiful hotel and the service is good and all, but the fact that their restaurant is shared with two adjacent hotels is a bit odd seeing as you have to walk an inconvenient distance outside to get there. Once there, childish music plays nursery rhymes while you stare at huge suspended droplets of eggs falling from the ceiling, and the low quality buffet suddenly scares you into believing you're in a B-grade 1980s horror movie where some possessed doll is coming to kill you. So ... Yes to the hotel and rooms, but NOT its abhorrent restaurant.

On the first day we arrived, we got a room that couldn't be locked and smelled like fish. The hotel changed our room to the 12th floor. The breakfast is standard local food. Not too many selections. There are McDonald's and other small restaurants nearby. However, we had a bad experience with the cleaners. On the second day, We put the “do not disturb” sign because we don't want the cleaner to come that day. But they cleaned it anyway. On the third day, I was sitting on the balcony, and my husband was in the toilet. Two cleaners came without knocking on the door or ringing the bell. I asked them to leave but they kept checking on things that needed to be cleaned. My husband was furious. The same day, we left the hotel.

It was a good stay. I think they need to change the carpet. The breakfast was great. Nice view and so much to do. Affordable drinks and food. There's a mall and clubs next to the hotel. Great family hotel.

Haha, je ne m'attendais certainement pas à pouvoir exprimer mon mécontentement deux fois puisque nous avions réservé deux chambres. Je donne rarement des critiques négatives. Le résultat était deux à la fois. Le petit déjeuner s'est terminé à 10 heures, mais quand je suis arrivé au restaurant à 9h10, il n'y avait rien. Même lorsque j'ai demandé au serveur, personne n'est venu en rajouter. Je n'avais pas d'autre choix que de commander un bol de nouilles de riz. Il n'y avait pas d'oignons verts dans le bol d'assaisonnement. J'ai demandé à ce que les oignons verts soient trouvés ailleurs, mais les oignons verts à l'intérieur étaient tous secs. Je ne comprenais pas auparavant, en regardant les hôtels relativement haut de gamme de la région, pourquoi les notes étaient si mauvaises, mais maintenant je comprends. La sensibilisation au service est trop faible.
