UUtilisateur anonymeLa plus agréable surprise de ce séjour a été l'accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste Wang Jiahui ! À notre arrivée, l'heure d'enregistrement n'était pas encore arrivée et nous pensions devoir patienter pour avoir une chambre. Nous avons alors demandé à Wang, qui nous a proposé son aide. Lors de l'enregistrement, elle était toujours souriante, a rapidement vérifié nos informations et nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre arrivée. Elle a même eu la gentillesse de nous indiquer l'emplacement de l'ascenseur et les horaires du petit-déjeuner. Pour être sûre que nous ne nous perdions pas, elle nous a ajoutés sur WeChat et s'est transformée en notre concierge personnelle – un service vraiment attentionné !
Après notre enregistrement, nous avons constaté que la porte du balcon était verrouillée. Nous avons contacté Wang, et un membre du personnel est immédiatement venu nous aider. Le service a été incroyablement rapide et efficace. Elle a répondu patiemment à toutes mes questions sur les environs, avec une attitude à la fois chaleureuse et professionnelle. Ses petites attentions ont rendu notre voyage, pourtant chargé, beaucoup plus agréable. Un grand bravo à elle !
De plus, le cadre de l'hôtel était excellent. On nous a même offert un petit cadeau de départ. Je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.

__WeChat38699****服務：衹能説酒店的服務接待還需要提升 入住時候前台接待毫無笑容也毫無主動去介紹一下 全都是主動一問一答 問她附近有什麼玩 備註了有嬰兒同行問她有沒有圍欄 她説有看到你們備註了 但是沒裝 不知道你們裝幾麪等下讓阿姨裝 然後看我們大包小包的也不會主動説拿行李車給我們 全部都是我們主動去問的要的 我覺得這前台接待服務就做得很差 🥲但是期間上房間遇到的接待人員以及幫忙推行李的小哥服務態度以及笑容很好 😊😊 入住酒店後半小時了也沒人來裝圍欄 寶寶都睡著了房門開了勿擾了 阿姨就來敲門來裝圍欄了 我們説了先不弄先不吵 還是一直敲門硬是要進來裝圍欄 把寶寶吵醒導致哭了好久 所以這個勿擾是弄了個寂寞嗎 😠😠 其次退房也是 不會主動去和客人説需要弄一下停車碼 還是我們自己倒回來去前台問才幫我們弄的
設施：衝著這個小童遊樂園來的 確實也很方便 下雨天就在這裏麪玩了很久

Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable.
Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room.
Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes.
Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

La carte est bonne. La zone chaude de l'hôtel est bonne pour prendre des photos. Très exquise, toutes sortes de formes de crépuscule. L'environnement est bon, les installations sont complètes, bien que petites, mais aussi.

La chambre est si grande et spacieuse, les enfants l'adorent, ont un lit pour les enfants et les jouets qu'ils ont entretenus. La dame de la chat We name Amy Lin est si utile avec toutes les questions que j'ai et elle a répondu si vite. Le buffet dîner la nourriture de mer un 358 yuan pour 2 personnes vaut la peine. En général, toutes les installations de l'hôtel sont excellentes. Nous pouvons recommander 100% à tous mes amis. Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir avec certitude. La qualité et le service du personnel sont si bonnes. La dame du bureau de réception merci. Et à la fin de notre voyage, ils nous ont donné deux tortues comme cadeau pour les enfants.

NNalantianyu😄😄La réception du Junting Hotel est très bonne. Ils l'ont surclassée gratuitement. La chambre est dans le bâtiment 8. Elle est très grande et propre. Le sol est très haut et la vue est superbe. la chambre. Vous pouvez simplement rester dans la chambre lorsque vous êtes fatigué.
😌😌 Malheureusement, la plage de la baie de Shuangyue n'est pas satisfaisante. Il y a beaucoup de petits cailloux dans le sable et ce n'est pas assez délicat.
😁😁Cependant, l'hôtel peut se rendre au bâtiment 3 pour prendre un bain de 16h à 22h. Il y a des sources chaudes intérieures et extérieures, et du thé au gingembre est proposé gratuitement. bien. Après un plongeon, tout le monde se sentira rafraîchi. Il fait chaud et il ne fait pas trop froid pour aller à la plage pour allumer des feux d'artifice et participer à une fête autour d'un feu de joie le soir.
