Other things to note No parties- This place is perfect to relax and rejuvenate and enjoy the lake and nature. We will provide a separate document of the below agreements for you to acknowledge and accept either upon booking or upon request By making this reservation, Guest attests that the following statements are true and agree to all the below statements. - I accept responsibility for all persons on the Property and agree that children will be supervised at all times - I acknowledge and assume responsibility for any injury to me or persons on the Property as a result of my stay. I understand there is some inherent risk from outdoor lakeside activities (i.e., swimming, use of the dock/ use of kayak) and accept responsibility for that risk. The guests will be fully responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during their rental period (excluding acts of God or nature). I will acknowledge the condition of the property in good order and condition upon arrival or inform the Host promptly if found otherwise. Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, use of boathouse/Dock, lake and use of Kayaks. Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury or cancellation fees.
