The space You would have full access to all 1,210 square feet of this home which includes a spacious master and ensuite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed and air mattress in the third room. The home has a spacious backyard which would be great for hosting or accommodating guests. Amenities include; stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a washer and dryer. Guest access Feel like a true local in the Heart of Huntersville with walking distance to shops, cafes, and the lake. Also, just steps from the front door you have access to places like Harris Teeters, Starbucks, and many restaurants. There are many things to do and parks to explore. Other things to note Here's some things to keep in mind! -Absolutely no parties in the home. In an effort to be mindful to our neighbors and to continue providing this location for future guests, we are not able to accommodate parties. -Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. This includes loud music or any excessive noise. -Please do not wear shoes inside. The downstairs floors are wood and may easily become soiled. A shoe rack is available at the entrance of the home for your convenience. -Trash goes out every Sunday evening for pick up on Monday morning. If you happen to be staying during this time, please ensure that the trash is in the front of the home so that the next guests can also have space for trash. -Before checking out, please load the dishwasher, take out the trash, and place all bedding and soiled towels in the washing machine/area.
