IInvitéLa chambre est superbe, l'environnement est très bon, la décoration est très goûtante, il y a des points de carte partout. Les noix de petit déjeuner, les pommes de terre, les pommes de terre, les oeufs à couver, les pamplemousses, le riz à couver et les lins de riz peuvent être faits à l'heure actuelle, ainsi que les salés de légumes, les bananes, les bacons, les légumes, le pain, les barbes, le maïs, les pommes de terre, les petits plats, les oeufs à couver, le yogurt, les fruits à couver Le petit occident a un goût très bon après-midi, le café est très parfumé, le fruit est aussi parfumé et le lait peut être choisi. Le diner est plein de parfum, chaque plats est très délicieux. La piscine est nettoyée chaque jour par le robot sous-marin, très propre, très clair, très amusant. Le personnel de service est plus intimement attentif, il est tous des femmes de Tsang-go. Il y a des écrans à bord du restaurant et à la salle de départ. Merci en particulier au directeur Wang Wang pour la soin et pour nous avoir demandé la salle de départ 𨒂. Très parfaite expérience de séjour, il y aura encore une chance de revenir!

I was looking for somewhere peaceful to disconnect, slow down, and just be. I booked this place randomly, mostly because of the terrace, and it turned out to be an amazing choice.
From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a special kind of energy in this place – calm, warm, grounding. The atmosphere helped me relax immediately. The guesthouse is cozy and full of character, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not a fan of big hotels, so this place was absolutely perfect for me.
As a lovely bonus, there’s an adorable dog on site who’s always up for playing – especially nice when you’re traveling solo. My room had a projector, so I could create my own little home cinema. I stayed on the top floor, and I highly recommend that room – it’s very spacious, more like an apartment, and it has a skylight so you can watch the stars at night ✨
There’s also food available on-site, and everything I had was truly delicious.
The only small thing I would suggest improving is the signage – the entrance wasn’t very intuitive. Even my taxi driver was a bit confused. At first, I accidentally walked into a basement area that looked a bit off and empty. Clearer signs or a small visible marker by the door would make arrival smoother – especially for first-time guests.
Still, this didn’t affect my overall experience.
I’ve visited many beautiful places before, but sometimes they just didn’t feel quite right. Here, I felt at peace from the very first moment. There’s something good about this place – something hard to explain, but easy to feel.
I traveled alone, but never felt lonely.

IInvitéGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Comme j'avais un jour supplémentaire, j'ai immédiatement pensé à réserver une place dans le pays des merveilles dont j'ai toujours rêvé : le château nu. Heureusement, la beauté Shirley nous a aidés à nous connecter, nous a donné une introduction très détaillée et des arrangements réfléchis, a surclassé notre chambre gratuitement et a également organisé des décorations et des gâteaux d'anniversaire ! Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! Avant de partir, la beauté Shirley m'a même offert un souvenir de l'hôtel ! C'est vraiment une merveilleuse expérience !

IInvitéL'hôtel le plus satisfaisant de ce voyage, rien de second. Tout d'abord, nous avons été surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre villa, ce qui a dépassé les attentes. Elle a un salon à l'étage et deux chambres en bas, je me suis bien reposé ! Deuxièmement, l'hôtel propose de nombreuses activités. Après le petit-déjeuner, vous pourrez découvrir l'équitation pour enfants, le frisbee sur gazon, le football et le badminton, ainsi que le corgi nommé Chuan Chuan, qui est également très honnête et mignon. Troisièmement, j'ai emmené mes enfants faire l'expérience des activités de cueillette et de friture du thé. Plus je cueillais du thé, plus je devenais addictif, et l'arôme parfumé du thé frit était vraiment génial ! Le service de l'hôtel est également très attentionné. De la femme de ménage dédiée qui vous contacte avant l'enregistrement à la navette de garde après l'enregistrement, c'est une expérience complète. La recharge gratuite des véhicules à énergie nouvelle est assurée pendant toute la durée de l'enregistrement. processus! Il n'y a aucun regret, seulement de la réticence et des adieux. A standout highlight was the exceptional service provided by Jackie, who helped us arrange everything seamlessly, from children's activities to restaurant reservations. The customer service was exceptional, even surprising us with a room upgrade and delightful gifts for our child.
The resort's environment was both clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for families. The facilities were outstanding, offering a variety of options such as a swimming pool, beach access, soft play areas, and outdoor activities.
We were truly impressed by the diverse culinary offerings, featuring delicious Chinese and Western cuisine choices. Furthermore, the gym and yoga facilities were of high quality, contributing to our overall well-being during the stay.
Summing it up, Club Med Resort Anji proved to be an excellent choice for families seeking a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it for a wonderful family-friendly experience.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

IInvitéNous avons trouvé ce Old Town NanXun et aimé son look, donc nous avons réservé l'hébergement à cette Location.
Il semble être un endroit très joli : c'est juste dans la région de Oldtown, marcher par la boutique avec de beaux vêtements de soie et des objets
Heureusement, nous avons choisi le niveau du sol en tant que nous avons de grandes valises; nous ne serions pas heureux de les porter en haut.
La chambre est bien équipée avec un lit, des cuillères et des lits.
Ils ont un spa, mais il est à l'extérieur et nous étions trop fatigués pour sortir.
Il y a du thé et du pot de thé fournis et vous pouvez avoir un sèche après les marches autour de la zone.
La location est de première classe : quelques pas vers l'action. Je pense que je l'aime vraiment cette vieille ville HanXun ; elle n'est pas trop occupée par rapport à l'autre vieille ville, et elle est pleine de Locals !
La plus remarquable est l'amitié : avant de nous connecter, je les écris et ils m'ont donné l'emplacement exact de notre véhicule (le accès à la vieille ville est très difficile). Si vous avez de grandes bagages et ne vous plaisante pas à monter les escaliers, je vous recommande vivement de les contacter à l'avance.
Enfin, nous avons besoin de retourner à Shanghai, un gentil gentleman a été très utile, il nous a aidé à parler aux Drivers et nous a trouvé un transport approprié.
Si j'ai une chose à recommander pour l'amélioration, peut-être que le jeune homme peut ralentir sa fumée.
Mon mari et moi avons été fumeurs, mais nous avons tous deux cessé.

IInvitéQuatre personnes voyagent chez deux chiens. Les animaux de compagnie de l'hôtel sont aimables. Les frais sont raisonnables. L'environnement est bon. L'hygiène est également relativement disponible.
Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Le repas est bien à l'eau.
Il y a deux nuits, il est calme, et le portail est plus sûr.
Les vacances de l'après-midi ont pleuré. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de goût dans l'hôtel, mais en général, c'est très confortable. L'expérience est excellente.
