I was looking for somewhere peaceful to disconnect, slow down, and just be. I booked this place randomly, mostly because of the terrace, and it turned out to be an amazing choice.
From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a special kind of energy in this place – calm, warm, grounding. The atmosphere helped me relax immediately. The guesthouse is cozy and full of character, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not a fan of big hotels, so this place was absolutely perfect for me.
As a lovely bonus, there’s an adorable dog on site who’s always up for playing – especially nice when you’re traveling solo. My room had a projector, so I could create my own little home cinema. I stayed on the top floor, and I highly recommend that room – it’s very spacious, more like an apartment, and it has a skylight so you can watch the stars at night ✨
There’s also food available on-site, and everything I had was truly delicious.
The only small thing I would suggest improving is the signage – the entrance wasn’t very intuitive. Even my taxi driver was a bit confused. At first, I accidentally walked into a basement area that looked a bit off and empty. Clearer signs or a small visible marker by the door would make arrival smoother – especially for first-time guests.
Still, this didn’t affect my overall experience.
I’ve visited many beautiful places before, but sometimes they just didn’t feel quite right. Here, I felt at peace from the very first moment. There’s something good about this place – something hard to explain, but easy to feel.
I traveled alone, but never felt lonely.

IInvitéTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

L'immeuble et la décoration étaient créatives et bien faites. Et notre chambre était très grande et confortable et magnifiquement décorée. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et généreux, mais il serait bon qu'ils puissent ajouter un peu plus de variété de jour à jour (même cuisiner les œufs de manière différente), et le sauce et le bacon étaient certainement de style chinois. La chambre n'avait pas de porte sur la douche, que je ne comprends pas.

IInvitéJe me suis rendu à Moganshan le 1er mai. Comme j'avais un jour supplémentaire, j'ai immédiatement pensé à réserver une place dans le pays des merveilles dont j'ai toujours rêvé : le château nu. Heureusement, la beauté Shirley nous a aidés à nous connecter, nous a donné une introduction très détaillée et des arrangements réfléchis, a surclassé notre chambre gratuitement et a également organisé des décorations et des gâteaux d'anniversaire ! Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! Avant de partir, la beauté Shirley m'a même offert un souvenir de l'hôtel ! C'est vraiment une merveilleuse expérience !

AanotheritchieNous sommes arrivés plus tard, mais nous sommes toujours accueillis par nos hôtes amicals au parc de voiture. Les filles de la villa ont été plus hauts et plus loin pour rendre notre séjour confortable ... leur service était excellent pour toutes nos besoins, ils avaient même préchauffé notre chambre avant notre arrivée (nous avons séjourné au milieu de l'hiver). Nous avons également apporté nos 2 chiens, et alors que la plupart des séjours que nous avons été à être tolérant des chiens cette villa s'efforçait également de rendre leur séjour aussi confortable, fournir des lits de chiens supplémentaires pour eux et leur donner aussi un petit déjeuner pour les deux jours que nous Je ne peux pas souligner combien le service a été étonnant, les filles n'ont pas seulement tendance à toutes nos demandes mais aussi offert des services de bonne pensée, comme fournir un déssert doux pour aider avec les gorges secs. La salle est super confortable avec une facade traditionnelle moderne, la salle elle-même était moderne, propre et confortable. La zone directe autour de la villa est composée de petites boutiques, avec quelques-uns en construction, les filles nous ont guidés vers un restaurant local qui était très bon. Dans une distance de marche, il y a des terrains de jeux, des petits chemins et des jardins verts qui étaient parfaits pour nos marches de matin, nous avons passé surpris de plus de temps à explorer la zone locale que nous ne pensais. Le petit déjeuner chinois servi était délicieux et pour les ennemis du café je peux confirmer que c'est bon, fait d'une machine adéquate.

IInvitéNous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La cabine était exactement comme sur les photos. Le chauffage avait été allumé avant notre arrivée, ce qui était très appréciable. Le placard avec rangements et étagères dans la chambre principale était appréciable. Le matelas était super confortable, contrairement à de nombreux matelas durs que nous avons rencontrés en Chine.
Tout le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, serviable et arrangeant. Nous avons utilisé WeChat pour communiquer très facilement. Ils étaient toujours disponibles pour nous aider, que ce soit pour nous conduire à la cabine sur demande, organiser une activité nautique même hors saison, se souvenir de nos préférences du jour au lendemain au restaurant occidental ou nous proposer de préparer des plats qui nous plairaient… Sans aucun doute le meilleur service client que nous ayons connu lors de nos voyages. Nous leur en sommes très reconnaissants.

CCelinehuoMy husband and I had the most incredible vacation experience at Club Med Anji. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality by our lovely GO friend Jackie. The resort's stunning location surrounded by picturesque landscapes left us in awe.
The lobby staff wearing pink at Club Med Anji went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any request.
Big thanks to Jackie, her genuine care and dedication created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the Club Med family.
One of the highlights of our stay was the Bar team taking good care of our anniversary with
personalized attention, I cannot forget to mention Fitz from the bar team, whose exceptional service added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Having been to various Club Med resorts, I have encountered many talented staff, but Anji team truly stood out.
Last but not the least we really enjoy the lovely conversation with Hotel manager Jarod and Leisure manager Kevin.

Il semble être un endroit très joli : c'est juste dans la région de Oldtown, marcher par la boutique avec de beaux vêtements de soie et des objets
Heureusement, nous avons choisi le niveau du sol en tant que nous avons de grandes valises; nous ne serions pas heureux de les porter en haut.
La chambre est bien équipée avec un lit, des cuillères et des lits.
Ils ont un spa, mais il est à l'extérieur et nous étions trop fatigués pour sortir.
Il y a du thé et du pot de thé fournis et vous pouvez avoir un sèche après les marches autour de la zone.
La location est de première classe : quelques pas vers l'action. Je pense que je l'aime vraiment cette vieille ville HanXun ; elle n'est pas trop occupée par rapport à l'autre vieille ville, et elle est pleine de Locals !
La plus remarquable est l'amitié : avant de nous connecter, je les écris et ils m'ont donné l'emplacement exact de notre véhicule (le accès à la vieille ville est très difficile). Si vous avez de grandes bagages et ne vous plaisante pas à monter les escaliers, je vous recommande vivement de les contacter à l'avance.
Enfin, nous avons besoin de retourner à Shanghai, un gentil gentleman a été très utile, il nous a aidé à parler aux Drivers et nous a trouvé un transport approprié.
Si j'ai une chose à recommander pour l'amélioration, peut-être que le jeune homme peut ralentir sa fumée.
Mon mari et moi avons été fumeurs, mais nous avons tous deux cessé.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
