Faible de voyager! Le petit-déjeuner est au 42ème étage! Le garage est très grand! Les lampes de la terre sont très pratiquement trouvées pour y séjourner au 42ème étage de l'ascenseur! La voiture sort et il faut inscrire le numéro de la voiture gratuitement! Registrer la réception pour envoyer le numéro! Registrer la vue est agréable! La chambre est définie complètement, les vêtements sont déshabillés dans un sac mou! Un petit bar est deux poches hauts, manger et boire et mettre un sac à l'extérieur! Très pratique! Un électro-fumeur peut être facile à manger un peu de choses! Coûts élevés! La vérification de l'eau dans la salle de bain est très bonne! En particulier, un petit sac à dents uniques est plus pratique que ce genre de poche! Il y a une puissance de turboréacteur qui réglemente le vent chaud! Les petits détails sont très en place! Un petit couvercle de cheval a ouvert la couvercle dès que possible! La vente a également essayé! Le robot a envoyé à la porte de la chambre! Protégez notre vie privée! IInvitéA truly charming place – perfect for unwinding.
I was looking for somewhere peaceful to disconnect, slow down, and just be. I booked this place randomly, mostly because of the terrace, and it turned out to be an amazing choice.
From the very beginning, I felt completely at home. There’s a special kind of energy in this place – calm, warm, grounding. The atmosphere helped me relax immediately. The guesthouse is cozy and full of character, and the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. I’m not a fan of big hotels, so this place was absolutely perfect for me.
As a lovely bonus, there’s an adorable dog on site who’s always up for playing – especially nice when you’re traveling solo. My room had a projector, so I could create my own little home cinema. I stayed on the top floor, and I highly recommend that room – it’s very spacious, more like an apartment, and it has a skylight so you can watch the stars at night ✨
There’s also food available on-site, and everything I had was truly delicious.
The only small thing I would suggest improving is the signage – the entrance wasn’t very intuitive. Even my taxi driver was a bit confused. At first, I accidentally walked into a basement area that looked a bit off and empty. Clearer signs or a small visible marker by the door would make arrival smoother – especially for first-time guests.
Still, this didn’t affect my overall experience.
I’ve visited many beautiful places before, but sometimes they just didn’t feel quite right. Here, I felt at peace from the very first moment. There’s something good about this place – something hard to explain, but easy to feel.
I traveled alone, but never felt lonely.

MmsjasmineLa position géographique n'est pas trop lointaine, mais elle est assez calme. Le service est également très bon, notre voiture n'a pas électrique le lendemain matin. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très bien aidé, leurs propres ingénieurs ont également aidé à sauter. Le directeur est également très ami et intime, et les installations de la chambre sont également très parfaites. Très recommandé, vous reviendrez ～

IInvitéGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics.
The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool.
At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all.
The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there.
As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Comme j'avais un jour supplémentaire, j'ai immédiatement pensé à réserver une place dans le pays des merveilles dont j'ai toujours rêvé : le château nu. Heureusement, la beauté Shirley nous a aidés à nous connecter, nous a donné une introduction très détaillée et des arrangements réfléchis, a surclassé notre chambre gratuitement et a également organisé des décorations et des gâteaux d'anniversaire ! Pendant mon séjour, toutes les bonnes choses sont devenues à portée de main. Chaque membre du personnel était très sympathique et poli, me faisant me sentir chez moi ! Avant de partir, la beauté Shirley m'a même offert un souvenir de l'hôtel ! C'est vraiment une merveilleuse expérience !

L'environnement du parc est beau, l'air frais, le service de première classe, surtout merci au service client de la première classe, le service de la lune est tombé dans la chambre, je ne sais pas, je suis appelé à plusieurs reprises pour confirmer et m'aider à venir vite, et le service de la voiture est très bon, chaque petit frère de chauffeur a une bonne attitude.

Mémorable
OOwen 欧文La famille a eu un temps incroyable au Club Med Resort Anji, et l'exceptionnel service offert par Jackie, qui nous a aidé à organiser tout sans secouer, depuis les activités des enfants jusqu'aux réservations de restaurants. Le service client a été exceptionnel, même surprenant avec une amélioration de la chambre et des cadeaus délicieux pour notre enfant.
L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très confortable et confortable, et il offre un environnement confortable pour les familles.
Nous avons été impressionnés par les diverses offres culinaires, avec de délicieuses choix de cuisine chinoise et occidentale, et les salles de sport et de yoga étaient de haute qualité, contribuant à notre bien-être général pendant notre séjour.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Will the hotel improve? I hope so
Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

IInvitéNous avons trouvé ce Old Town NanXun et aimé son look, donc nous avons réservé l'hébergement à cette Location.
Il semble être un endroit très joli : c'est juste dans la région de Oldtown, marcher par la boutique avec de beaux vêtements de soie et des objets
Heureusement, nous avons choisi le niveau du sol en tant que nous avons de grandes valises; nous ne serions pas heureux de les porter en haut.
La chambre est bien équipée avec un lit, des cuillères et des lits.
Ils ont un spa, mais il est à l'extérieur et nous étions trop fatigués pour sortir.
Il y a du thé et du pot de thé fournis et vous pouvez avoir un sèche après les marches autour de la zone.
La location est de première classe : quelques pas vers l'action. Je pense que je l'aime vraiment cette vieille ville HanXun ; elle n'est pas trop occupée par rapport à l'autre vieille ville, et elle est pleine de Locals !
La plus remarquable est l'amitié : avant de nous connecter, je les écris et ils m'ont donné l'emplacement exact de notre véhicule (le accès à la vieille ville est très difficile). Si vous avez de grandes bagages et ne vous plaisante pas à monter les escaliers, je vous recommande vivement de les contacter à l'avance.
Enfin, nous avons besoin de retourner à Shanghai, un gentil gentleman a été très utile, il nous a aidé à parler aux Drivers et nous a trouvé un transport approprié.
Si j'ai une chose à recommander pour l'amélioration, peut-être que le jeune homme peut ralentir sa fumée.
Mon mari et moi avons été fumeurs, mais nous avons tous deux cessé.
