L'hôtel est très propre et très pratique autour de lui. Il est complètement de niveau un à deux dans la ville de Double Lin. Le service est très attentif et soigneux. La décoration est bonne. L'eau de bain est grande et chaude. Le parking est un peu petit.

IInvitéAngie est vraiment un bon endroit pour cacher beaucoup de bonnes personnes. Après avoir glissé la neige, jeu de la maison KE GAMER, jeu de la faune, très calme. Je suis très content de cet style. Notre ”petit soufflé” est un petit frère de la faune qui a été préalablement organisé pour la livraison ☕️ Quelle finesse, À une carte de photo 📷, il y a aussi un repas à manger, surtout la soupe de tête de poisson est particulièrement bonne, il est bon d'aller à une soupe privée près de Shanghai, la chambre est construite sur la moitié de la colline, la haute et la faible erreur, cachée dans la forêt entre montagnes avec son partenaire de montagne, le temps s'est progressivement ralentie, tout est comme un papier peint, Il vaut la peine d'expérience. Il y a encore un peu de choses qui ont trouvé que les responsables recrutés par ce patron étaient des petits frères 😆

IInvitéLes spectacles sont très bons pour les médias sociaux, mais plutôt pauvres pour l'expérience des utilisateurs. Il est toujours le confort que nous apprécions le plus dans un hôtel ainsi que le service de qualité et malheureusement ils ne sont pas au même niveau que l'esthésie.
La chambre est vaste, mais il n'y a pas de canapé ou de chaises à s'asseoir et à chattre confortablement, juste les deux énormes chaises lourdes dans les coins opposés de cette longue chambre. La chambre est très bien placée pour les chambres. Aucune baignoire fournie qui est étrange pour l'hôtel qui est la piscine extérieure.
La piscine extérieure dispose de très peu de chaises de pont et aucune parasols.
La communication était mauvaise, surtout au-delà de la chat, car le personnel ne parle pas en anglais. Nous avons demandé deux fois à l'avance l'option végétarienne pour le petit déjeuner et ils nous ont toujours apporté de la viande dans le petit déjeuner (uniquement les aliments chinois sont disponibles). Je suis ravi d'avoir réservé une nuit.
Les habitants de la ville sont très bien placés pour se rendre à l'hôtel.

IInvité設施：民宿設施非常新，有智能小度語音控制系統，操作起來很方便。
衞生：早有耳聞安吉的民宿產業發展的很好，衞生、服務等細節做的相當可以，打破了以前對民宿衞生問題堪憂的煩惱，入住的很舒服。
環境：距離雲上草原遊客中心很近，步行5分鐘左右可達到老遊客大巴處。
服務：這家民宿是老闆娘親自在店運營，服務做的也是相當細緻：
1、週五晚上到達民宿已經快10點，通過老闆娘的介紹選購的雪服和護具套裝，是親自開車來接我們去家裡選的，相比雪場的雪服會乾淨很多，款式也更好看一些，在山下清洗方便很多，個人感覺比山上乾淨，畢竟山上的想要清洗運輸成本還是相當高的。
2、再説餐食：早餐是8點半開餐，白米粥非常好喝，這個是當天入住幾位顧客一致認同的。起晚也不怕，老闆娘會幫你留在蒸箱保温，提前和她説一聲就好。
總之，在這入住的兩晚還是很滿意，貼心的服務是很大的加分項。最後補充一句，來滑雪的小夥伴一定要去早！尤其是週末，中午以後人太多基本就沒辦法暢滑了！

L'hôtel est situé presque au sommet de la montagne ⛰️~ L'environnement est super. La route de montagne du virage en S est un peu difficile, mais le paysage le long du chemin est très beau. Il y a un chien de réparation particulièrement enthousiaste pour accueillir les résidents. Il y a des piles de chargement, adaptées aux tramways ♪( ´▽｀).
La chambre est un loft à deux étages, il est très confortable à vivre. Il y a une terrasse. S'il ne fait pas froid, c'est très approprié pour boire du thé et lire un livre sur la terrasse pour passer le temps.
Servir:
Le service est encore meilleur, le majordome est aux petits soins et presque réactif. Par exemple, je vais demander et emmener les invités monter une petite route de montagne pour regarder le lever/coucher du soleil. Il faisait un peu froid le jour où nous y sommes allés, mais ça valait le coup quand j'ai vu les nuages au sommet de la montagne .
J'ajoute que le riz cuisiné par tantine est délicieux. C'est très simple mais très facile à servir. C'est aussi très agréable de manger et de jouer à des jeux en regardant la vue sur la montagne le soir ~
Les fruits de bienvenue et les souvenirs à la sortie du magasin (une tasse de café est offerte à la sortie, c'est trop sympa pour les gens qui roulent sur l'autoroute !) sont très chaleureux et attentionnés, pleins d'éloges cinq étoiles, revenez la prochaine fois ~

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

IInvitéJ'aime beaucoup le style de décoration de cette maison populaire, l'intelligence simple et la tonalité sont très propres et confortables, j'aime beaucoup la grande fenêtre de la chambre, vous pouvez voir un beau paysage montagneux, un parking spécial, juste sous la maison populaire. Beaucoup d'autres personnes n'ont pas de parking spécial, les habitants peuvent s'arrêter sur la route. Pour aller dans la zone de scène est très pratique, à proximité de la prairie et de la base de la faune sauvage. Les propriétaires de habitants ont recommandé avec soin le Grand Canyon de la faune, ici vous pouvez jouer gratuitement à l'eau. Le personnel de service dans le magasin est très attentif, le séjour enthousiaste et offre également des fruits et un petit-déjeuner gratuits. Nous avons également donné un cadeau de compagnie intimes quand nous partons. Il y a l'occasion de ramener la famille à Ange. Il y a aussi le repas de l'hôtel de la famille populaire, vraiment délicieux, vous devez aller manger ici.

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

LLangmandezhui該酒店應該是別墅區，然後業主委託統一管理的感覺。小區環境還是挺好的，早晨起來散個步也很不錯。
服務基本説不上吧。畢竟不是專業酒店。衹能説你入住的時候，房間全部整理好了。會有管家把你帶到別墅。
訂酒店的時候，沒有注意到，雙人床就是一張1.5米的大床。
房間的衞生大體還是可以的。但是不能細看。
早餐一般，期望值不能太高。
但是，如果是朋友家一起出行，還是合適的，如果不是要求很高的話，畢竟客廳大家一起坐着聊聊天，吃吃夜宵還是不錯的。
