Sea Street Inn is a charming and elegant space that delights all the senses. We thoroughly enjoyed the culinary creations and warm hospitality of Chef Adrien, who made us feel right at home. From the carefully curated music playlist to his engaging stories and delicious dishes, it’s evident that this is more than just a place to sleep. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the generous space in each room to the artwork on the walls and the beautifully crafted breakfast menu. Sea Street Inn truly embodies hospitality and relaxation.

If you are considering it, just book it! I cannot say enough good things about Sea Street Inn! As a woman who frequently travels alone for work, this was my third time staying here and I have never felt the level of comfort that I feel at Sea Street Inn, anywhere. Adrian has been warm and welcoming since our first visit. The rooms are so cozy, the breakfast is to die for (4 courses, fine dining in a relaxing and casual atmosphere) and it’s an easy walk to the beach as well as other restaurants and shops. Most importantly, I sleep like a rock there. Book it!!!

Everything about this place is thoughtful and warm. Upon arrival you get a full walkthrough and brief of the inn so you feel comfortable. The space is beautifully decorated with art and minimalist decor. I’ve stayed here a few times, each time in a different room, and EVERY bed has been super comfortable so I slept great. The heat / air always regulates well in each room. Most importantly, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST. Adrian is an exceptional chef and makes a coursed breakfast. Every breakfast has been to die for. Adrian is extremely accommodating to any dietary needs. Staying anywhere else on the Cape would be a mistake!

We had an excellent stay at Sea Street Inn, and Adrian was extremely hospitable and accommodating. We had a three-night late-winter jaunt to Hyannis to enjoy the shore and eat good food, and Sea Street Inn was an integral part of our enjoyable trip. There was a lovely assortment of interesting and delicious dishes at (the included) four course breakfast each morning, there were quiet and well-appointed common spaces, and our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a terrific, roomy shower. Adrian helped us with our luggage, gave us a tour of the common spaces, made sure we had everything we needed in our room during our stay, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and recreation, and even gave us a map of Cape Cod lighthouses to visit, with a bag of Cape Cod potato chips for a photo shoot at Nauset! The Sea Street Inn is a great choice for a professionally run inn that is within walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants, as well as the beach, and is centrally located on the Cape so that driving to other towns, beaches, and attractions is very convenient. Highly recommended.

The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this Inn. From the meticulously curated decor to the impeccable and personal service, everything is thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. The highlight of the stay is definitely the chef's choice breakfast, which takes your taste buds on a journey to Europe with its exquisite flavors and presentation. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn and will definitely be back!

During a trip to the Boston area in May 2025, we decided to spend a few days on Cape Cod. Based on online reviews, we chose the Sea Street Inn and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Adrian really made us feel welcome. His warm hospitality and personal touches immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The inn itself is tastefully appointed while preserving an elegant old-world charm. On the first day gave us a tour of the historic former residence, sharing captivating stories and offering valuable local insight. One of his recommendations led us to take a scenic ferry ride to Nantucket Island, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. Each morning, we were treated to delicious, chef-prepared breakfasts. Adrian is not only a gracious host but also a world-class chef. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delightful. Overall, our stay at the Sea Street Inn was fantastic. If you are seeking a quiet and clean inn with beautiful gardens, and 3-star-Michelin-quality breakfasts, within walking distance of a nice town on Cape Cod, then Sea Street is your only choice on Cape Cod. Chef Adrian creates exquisite multi-course gourmet breakfasts, and kindly accommodated my vegetarian, picky husband.
