Ercan HAN Hotel

I visit Marmaris three times per year and decided to try Icmeler big MISTAKE !! I have never came across a manager over all the years i have visited Turkey The manager had no management skills or people skills he was rude and over changing for everything air conditioning food juice etc This place is a absolute joke i will never return Icmeler was lovely but the worst hotel i have ever came across please be aware before you book it will really upset you and you will wish you had booked some where else.

Just finished a lovely holiday to turkey staying at the Ercanhan hotel. The Hotel was everything I wanted lovely clean rooms, nice pool area and wonderful staff. The only area I think that could improve slightly is the breakfast selection It would be really nice if you could add some fruit to the buffet. Other than that I had a lovely time and will defiantly be back

Just back from the erchahan , lovely place to stay rooms are bit dated spotless though bed was comfy pillow was hard small shower was great plenty of hot water,balcony was a bit on the small side the cleaners work so hard, breakfast could have been better , boiled egg , scrambled egg, tomatoes ,cucumber , jam bread one choice of meat ,cheese triangles ,olives , would have been better if cereals ,yoghurt and fruit was added , they have a good selection on the menu recommend the chicken baguette was amazing the pool was lovely and clean plenty of sun loungers , hotel is central to bars and restaurants , beach is near to , staff are pleasant , beko the manager lovely guy

Only had a week here but a fantastic week it was. All the hotel staff are amazing, the rooms are a little dated but perfect location for the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel manager is Beko and a really great guy, even shared a few Raki’s with us. Truly memorable stay

Just come back from this hotel after a weeks stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic, but the hotel itself wasn’t great. The only pros of this hotel are the cleaners came in everyday and provided us with fresh towels etc which was nice, the staff were very friendly and the pool area was nice and relaxed and always managed to get a sunbed, even in the afternoon after we’d been to the beach. The cons of this hotel were the shower was way too small, you could hardly move about in it, the room was very outdated, but me and my partner have always said as long as it’s clean we don’t really mind, even though the staff were lovely, their English wasn’t great at all, and one night our shower stopped working and it took me 10 mins to try and explain to one of the staff in the best way I could that the shower had broke. and the last thing that wasn’t great was above our balcony, some bats were sleeping inside the panel above our balcony in the day, and there was massive pile of bat poo in the panel, which didn’t cause a problem to us, but if any was to drop onto the balcony in future, this could be a massive health hazard for guests. This was in room 35. The food in the hotel was actually quite nice, freshly prepared meals from the kitchen, but sometimes some meals were overpriced for what you got. Lastly, the thing that annoyed me most was on the day we were checking out, I had to walk all around the hotel to find a member of staff to give our room keys to as our transport was coming in about 20 mins, and finally I managed to find someone but I think it was the cleaner/cook who was extremely rude, just took our keys off me with no ‘thank you’ or ‘did you have a nice stay’ so that annoyed me a bit, you’d think with it being a family hotel all the staff would have the same attitude but no. Apart from that we had a great holiday! Would we ever stay here again? No. Mainly because of the cons listed, but apart from that the location was absolutely amazing. We spent most of the time on the beach.

Just returned from another stay at ercan han,and as always simply wonderful. The lift is now fully operational and is much needed. Rooms have all you need and are cleaned everyday. Will always recommend a stay here. And finally a big thank you to all the staff who are all so friendly and kind, in particular my mate beko. Many thanks Steve and janine.
