hotel is very beautiful and impressive , just breakfast is simple and need more options . rooms are clean and big . staff are supportive and friendly .internet is not so good but fair .location is fantastic and i enjoyed from all things . i love it

Room was big and clean. Location was great, walking distance to bus terminal, good restaurants and river iguazu. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Service could have been much better for a 4-star hotel. I am travelling around ARG and stay mostly at 4-star accomodations and i must say the service here can be improved. Staff, although provide information when asked, had a snappy attitude. There was only one male staff at the reception, who speaks good English, who rendered good service, was polite and understand customer service in hospitality.

Effectivement un hôtel au calme isolé dans verdure mais une petite route dangereuse donnant sur un grand axe , un taxi pour la ville à la réception pour 1000 pesos. La chambre est agréable avec un grand lit confortable de 180 , par contre la clim est très bruyante. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. Repas bons et prix raisonnables, sauf les viandes ( Lomo et parilliada) a éviter car les moins bonnes de notre séjour argentin. Pour aller voir les chutes argentines avons prix un taxi pour 6000 pesos aller/retour , Mario contact whatsapp : +54 9 3764 692473 sérieux , avions fait celles du Brésil via le bus en ville 1400 pesos À/R par personne + taxi ( pas très intéressant sauf peut être passage de frontière pour contrôle passeport directement à l’aller et au retour ) .

Beautiful hotel with great features. The pool was wonderful - definitely bring your swim suit even if you don't typically use the pool - and there is a nice, small outdoor terrace on the top floor to watch the sunset. There is a real gym, not just a typical tiny hotel gym, but a real gym. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel in general is getting a little aged and could use some cosmetic improvements. If you can overlook those little flaws, this is a really outstanding hotel.

Large, modern, comfortable room with everything needed for the stay. Good breakfast, although on the first day overcrowded thanks to a large tour group preparing for getaway. Food and service in both the ground floor restaurant and the roof terrace were of good quality. Attentive and friendly front desk staff. Spectacular view from roof terrace (rooftop pool closed, but not a problem for us). Recommended.

When I review a place it generally means that I had an issue. This hotel is fine for the price but there were several things that wrecked the experience for us. 1-the pool water was green so we couldn’t use it. Lack of chemical maintenance would be my guess. 2-air conditioner had no controls. It was either on or off. We inquired and they said it was the way it is. 3-room 307 has no wifi. Again we inquired and the answer was that’s the way it is in Iguazú. Finally we spoke with a different front desk person who said the WIFI is better on floor 1 so we moved and guess what, the wifi is fine on floor one. Our new room also has batteries in the air conditioning unit so we can control the temperature. Aside from a small amount of black mold growing on the shower caulk, the room is fine. The showers both have a shiny tile floor. Very slippery but they do have a hand hold in the shower. Well, I guess we are in the jungle after all. We were happy to be on the first floor so we wouldn’t have to ride the elevator anymore. The elevator stopped either right on the floor or several inches above or below so rider beware and watch your step! 4-our biggest frustration was with transportation. There are a couple of guys that sit in the lobby and represent a tourist firm of some sorts. They speak or understand no English. If you a Spanish speaker, you may have no problems but we sure did. We were abandoned in Brazil at the water falls there by our driver. We had to be very resourceful to even get back to our hotel. We had no cell service there and although there was wifi at the Falls, it was in operable due to the high traffic. Remember we are in the jungle. We had 2 other issues with transportation solely due to the “tourist company” not really being a company at all. I still don’t know their connection to the hotel but I highly recommend not using these people if you want reliable transportation. 5-the last issue occurred a few minutes ago . We asked for a late check out a couple of days ago and were granted one till 2:00 PM as we were then leaving for the airport. At 11:00 they showed up at our door telling us we had to leave or pay 23.00 late check out. My heart started pumping which can be bad for an old timer and I went directly to the manager. Told him we were granted a late check out by the front desk guy who spoke English. He insisted that we needed to pay the 23.00. I refused to do so and we “discussed “ all of the problems we have had. He was un phased until I said I was going to write a bad review on Trip advisor. Suddenly he said we could stay at no charge till 2. There is also some good to this review.. with the exception of the black mold, the rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was very good and as advertised. The hotel is in a good location. Forgot to say the tv stations are only in Spanish which is what we expect here in Argentina. My advise…if you don’t speak Spanish enough to get by, perhaps try another hotel.

Le type d'appartement est plutôt plus propre et plus calme que le loft. La chambre est globalement bonne, c'est que les clous sont tous enrobés sans connecteurs USB. Donc, vous devez vous souvenir de prendre le connecteur ou vous serez enrobé. Le réseau n'est pas très bon, il a pluié la nuit, il a fait un rain, le réseau a été réparé, pas encore le lendemain. Le massage de l'hôtel peut essayer de se détendre, la réception est fixée, le massage vous sera envoyé dans la chambre, environ 40 minutes une fois, facilement relaxé. Le temps n'est pas allé à Ivy Sue, la réception peut réserver le conducteur, le dernier bus avant 3 heures, et la porte est fermée plus tard.
