Amenities maravilhosos. Amei o Shampoo do meu apartamento 🥰 o perfume que fica nos cabelos é delicioso. A gastronomia é incrível com a possibilidade de desfrutar com uma vista deslumbrante. Recomendo fortemente essa experiência.

DPNY DESRESPEITA HÓSPEDE!FERIADO DE PÁSCOA FOI UM PESADELO.DIFICULDADE PARA RESTITUIÇÃO! Tudo era para ser um lindo feriado de Páscoa,adquirimos a suíte master frente mar…mas ao chegarmos nos deparamos com uma suíte com vista para o restaurante e piscina !Suite barulhenta e zero vista!Propaganda enganosa ! Pedimos a substituição Não tinham a mesma suíte…de forma que mudamos para uma suíte com metade da metragem a fim de ter a tal vista mar que desde a reserva pedimos! Já não satisfeitos com a suíte outros transtornos foram se apresentando como comida fria , ruim , demoram mais de uma hora para mandarem a manutenção no quarto para arrumar um simples controle de tv, não arrumam a cama quando pedem , não te auxiliam para indicar um passeio ou agência …te mandam procurar na internet, desconhecem o que é concierge Os funcionários da recepção não tem preparo para resolver conflitos Desde a recepção , gerente de relacionamento é e marketing agem como se o hóspede estivesse errado quando todo o transtorno é causado por eles mesmos !!! Acabamos preferindo antecipar a volta ! Preferimos passar a Páscoa na estrada !!! Enfim agora estamos tendo dificuldades para receber os valores referente a diferença de acomodação e antecipação de retorno Temos valores altos a receber e estamos encontrando dificuldades A todo tempo querem brigar com o hóspede e sequer reconhecem todo o transtorno causado!! Péssimo!! Em Ilhabela há opções bem melhores com equipe de PROFISSIONAIS! Enfim , estão nos gerando danos morais e materiais !!! Chegam a agir de forma baixa inclusive afirmado que receberam WhatsApp que sequer enviamos …falta urbanidade , empatia e bom senso a todos ali ! Sem esquecer que mesmo com crédito superior a cinco mil reais a ser restituído ainda querem que pagamos pelo consumo, valor menor do que a metade que precisam nos restituir !!! Ainda nos ameaçam a somente ressarcir se retiramos as reclamações das redes sociais !!! É o fim !

The beach and pool are amazing. The service and staff are very good as well. Most of the days Glauco took care of us at the bach/pool and he was spot on. We got a Suite 5 estrelas, and from the room, even at night, we could hear some noise from the street, but when we spoke with front desk they were able to move us to a much quieter room. Again, not only the hotel is very good, but the staff and services were also as impressive. We got the gourmet package, which includes dinners and we believe it was totally worth it. The food overall for dinner, lunch, or breakfast is very good. In a week we did not feel we had to get out for anything. Something else that was really cool is that if you get a bottle of wine and dont finish it, they keep it cooled for you on their wine fridge and bring it back anywhere you want to keep drinking. Strongly recomend in general.

Certainly not a 5-star hotel as they advertise it, but it is the best you can get in Brazil. The infrastructure is very good, the decoration is really amazing, the service is okay. It is really in front of the beach, but note that in Brazil beaches are never private to the hotels’ guests. The restaurants are all more or less the same, and there is no dress code. It is not like in top tier resorts where each restaurant has an unique unforgettable experience to offer and people dress up to visit them. The hotel does not offer robes or flip flops. There is also no gym. They have a green terrace that is not obvious to find but is a good space for sports and yoga. Breakfast is very good.

Loved every part of it. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing and the food! The sushi bar is worth to try, the fish is always fresh and the quality is overwhelming. Staying relaxed at the pool or on the beach will leave you heartbroken when you’ll have to get back to reality!

O hotel é maravilhoso, desde a estrutura, equipe simpática , limpeza e atendimento. Conhecemos em 2019 e desde então, voltamos sempre que possível. Tem uma piscina externa maravilhosa e estrutura de praia confortável. Vale muito a pena passar alguns dias de descanso.
