Trendy Palm Beach Adults Only

We can only echo the words of Beryl P & her friends. We are currently staying in the Trendy Palm with another couple. The hotel both inside & out is immaculate. The whole team are an absolute credit to their leader. We have travelled many places and we have never experienced such attention to detail as we have here. Yes, I agree with some of the reviews about the language barrier but these guys deserve a break because each and every one work hard to learn and speak so many languages, it's very impressive. What a welcome on arrivall on 28th May. The two ladies on reception were fantastic as also were the portering staff. We are in a beautiful room 1531 & our relatives are in 1533, overlooking the sea. Our housekeeper is amazing, what a lovely lady. You wouldn't want for anything else in the room, they have it all & with such a modern design & feel. You will definitely get a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds. The hotel manager ensures to greet every guest, in previous travel, only once have we ever experienced that. He cares about the needs of his guests and asks if there is anything they can improve upon and that speaks volumes to us. He is a very professional man. The hotel is in a great location and Side is a great resort, plenty to see and do and the beach is fabulous. Ramazan works very hard, he is very dedicated in his work and such a polite young man. The entertainment gentleman who speaks around five languages, he is a very clever man and brought such fun to the audience (apologies we cannot remember your name but we will find it out). My husband joined in a competition with three other men, we have not laughed as much in ages! He won the competition and is now known as "Mr Steve from Wales", We will learn of other staff names and will mention in a review when we return home as there are many who deserve a mention. Thank you from all four of us for making our holiday a happy & relaxing stay. You truly are an absolute credit to the travel industry.

Perfect from start to finish! Hotel reception couldn’t do enough to please even smallest request. Porters extremely helpful. Rooms were ideal with comfortable beds,lighting,storage. Walk in showers were refreshing however I think a hand railing the wall would be ideal as the floor gets very slippery. Tea making facilities and a fridge. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bathrobe & slippers provided. Lifts in good working order. Main restaurant had food to cater for all tastes and what a selection — spoilt for choice! Hygiene was evident with catering staff wearing head caps and gloves everything so fresh. Waiting staff were always busy and removed used dishes quickly. Beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun beds everywhere. On the beach they had sails for those who sun bathed under cover also changing cabins.Guy in charge to help move beds was very helpful and always cleaning areas even had a small area for disabled guests. Plenty of bins so no rubbish anywhere. Also an indoor pool. Entertainment in the evening but we only went once due to a lot of smoking which became unpleasant but we could still hear the music etc from the terrace bar which is an extension of the reception. The waiters on the bar were exceptional and after one order they got used to everyone’s preferred drinks and were very busy all the time so we’ll done to ABDIL & GELAL. Local shops are quite close . Hotel manager Dr MELIK KOG was interacting with guests to ensure their comfort and any needs. It was evident he not only cared for his guests well being but also his staff who all seemed happy under his leadership. I highly recommend this hotel for a complete relaxing stress free holiday and would love to return. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel because for four old age ladies it was faultless. Thank you Dr MELIK & your marvellous staff.

I’ve been coming here eight years the staff are amazing the food in immaculate better than even last year the staff is so lovely the customer relations lady absolutely brilliant always got a smile on her face. Enjoy the swimming pool is brilliant. Everything about this hotel is fabulous can’t do enough for you. I will be coming here every year. It’s so gorgeous so nice and friendly. I wish the hotel to be open in January.

Unless you smoke don’t bother even in the restaurants people smoking everywhere, food is really not good , if you drink wine don’t bother , the worse I’ve ever tasted, service is ok if you tip well , rooms are clean , pool area ok , no one on the main desk could speak any English.

Read all the reviews of many hotels before I booked and decided that this holiday as very much needed didn’t fancy a kids hotel & this came up the better one… So I’ll put up all the good positive things this hotel brings and then the negatives Positives * After plane being delayed and arriving over 2 hours later than planned once we arrived at the hotel a staff member rushed and grabbed our suitcases. Got us checked in and then took us downstairs to the restaurant where there was food available. *we were taken to our room and everything explained. *food! Amazing! So much choice, cooked fresh, you could eat inside the restaurant or outside in the veranda and you can mix both if you wanted. Lunchtime there was the choice of 3 restaurants which is brilliant considering how busy it gets. *Bar don’t have to wait to long to be served. They DO cocktails but you must look at the book and order but be prepared they don’t make often so make sure they are putting right ingredients in to your drink. *Air con in rooms and cleaned daily the housekeeping are bloody fantastic and huge kudos to them for their hard work. *You can’t put a towel down before 7am (hooray!!) and by 8am there are a few beds left. *Pool party is one not to miss. So much fun and everyone all ages get involved. *Lifeguards again huge credit to the hotel friendly, and make your stay enjoyable. *Hotel is extremely clean *Gym is good however some equipment is broken so use at your peril! *Beach area has canopy for shade - Lifeguard is there, plus security *Rooms are spacious *Inside bar area is really comfy and staff in there are friendly. *Turkish A La Carte night must try you sit on a veranda and choose some amazing food. *Hotel close to all amenities *Short walk along beach and then there is a promenade all along to the Side town *Plenty water available Negatives *Reception staff extremely rude in day time. *Advertises that can hire bikes -They don’t!! *Tennis courts all locked up and overgrown so definitely not available to hire *Entertainment shockingly bad!!! *Animation team -Rude!!! The young lady who does aerobics & yoga! AMAZING!!! She was brilliant & enjoyed all her classes! *Quiet music only at certain times of the day which is massively disappointing. You can hear other hotels music during day!!! *Would not recommend to English visitors unless you can talk German. You will be ignored by ALL STAFF *If you are not a smoker be aware that the smokers are sat by the food area so when you go to choose your dinner you sometimes go through a stinky fog! *The sea is very shallow and covered in rubbish on sea bed so be very careful! *Around 6pm it can still be very warm and staff start cleaning pool area and yet sun is still shining *Meal times are very short time… only open until 9pm but by 8:30pm staff are filling napkins off food and all food being taken away. *When entertainment is on in evening there are no seats available and staff don’t help to find se

We booked this literally 4 days before travel! Arrived to be pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded, we booked annex room , & upgraded to main hotel, the man on reception was very helpful, along with the bellboy who took us to our room & sorted the WIFI for us Room spacious, clean & perfect views of the pool & sea Food & drinks were great , pool area clean & loads of sunbeds . Beach area can be busy but still nice. Sea extremely warm ( just like a bath ) We ventured to the old town & again not disappointed, beautiful setting for watching the sunset , loads of shops to be had & not too mush hassling to get you in to buy You’ll never go hungry here with various options of food from early morning to midnight This is mainly German hotel , but we didn’t find that an issue We would definitely go back again if the opportunity arose Thank you to all staff for a great relaxing stay Room 1109
