I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. Thanks to Hello Mga Beshies for the recommendation on where to stay in Iloilo. :)

Nous avons un grand temps de séjour à Seda Atria. Accommodation des personnes. Placement pacifique encore proche des marques comme les restaurants, les hôpitaux, un accès facile aux taxis et etc pour les voyageurs. L'aéroport n'est aussi qu'une heure pour y arriver.

I traveled to Iloilo for business and I was going to stay at Courtyard supposedly from March 17 to April 1. An unfortunate situation happened while I was in the middle of this trip - my mother died on March 23rd and I had to cut my trip short and leave Iloilo March 24th. I checked out of the hotel at around 7pm and I informed the front desk about my situation. Since the reservation was booked through Navan (who used Priceline) - our company travel booking application I knew that any refund for the unused leg of my trip would have to go through them. I did inform the front desk when I checked out that our travel agency might contact them and told them about the situation. I just returned home from the funeral of my mother and checked with Navan if the refund was already processed. I just found out today that Courtyard by Mariott Iloilo flat out DECLINED the refund despite knowing that the reason for the cancellation was due to the unforseen situation of my mother having died while in the middle of my business trip. The management of this hotel has no empathy towards their customer and I will never ever stay here again. I will also ensure that none of my colleagues from my company (the biggest private employer in the Philippines) will ever stay here again by writing an incident report and sending it to our leadership and executives.

We had a teachers training at Citadines Amigo Hotel Iloilo and the staff are very accomodating of our participants and guests. Since this hotel is managed by Ascott chain of international hotels, the rooms are at par with other Citadines hotels in the Philippines with comfy beds, pillows and sofa. The toilet is clean and toiletries are complete.This hotel is accessible since it is located in the City Proper and near the malls, banks and government offices. My overall experience is good.

Il est à quelques pas de la place Robinsons, il est très accessible pour vos besoins de base. J'ai réservé la chambre des fans et il était plus petit que prévu. Un lit unique avec TV et fan et seulement un petit espace suffisant pour marcher à côté du lit. Si vous êtes en train de nettoyer le déchargement, vous pouvez parler de vos préoccupations au bureau de front. Si vous êtes une personne de maintenance élevée, ce n'est pas pour vous. Si vous cherchez un endroit bon marché pour rester pendant une courte période et que vous n'êtes pas choisi avec le lieu tant qu'ils ont des douches et des installations de base, je recommanderais cet endroit.

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est meilleur. Ceux qui aiment marcher peuvent marcher jusqu'à SM pendant une demi-heure et un supermarché pendant dix minutes. L'hôtel peut aider à appeler pour louer, bref, le transport est pratique. L'hôtel n'est pas grand, mais il est petit et beau, il a tout ce qu'il faut et le service est très prévenant.

This is my first time to visit these mentioned provinces and I just want to explore each city, eat good food and experience how they live their life here. When I was checking for a hotel to stay in Iloilo, I came across with Circle Inn - City Proper. On this review, you will be seeing my experiences during my stay here on this hotel. For your reference, I’m a traveller both International and Domestic - Jet setter to be called (with my line of work and for leisure). I’ve been to different hotels around the world and also here in the Philippines, this gives me more insight and comparison. Hotel Room: -Decent to stay in -Clean and neat when I get into the room -Furnitures and bathroom fixtures are not well maintained -Hotel towels, newly laundry but looks dirty because of its over usage sign (dark in color) -I usually check the bed coverings once I get in the room and upon checking on it, its not properly laundry because you can see stains and other markings on it, it gives you the feeling of a “Motel Feel-like” vibes. Good thing I always bring with me extra bed and pillow covering for my safety and sanity. -Basic hotel amenities are not provided (They just provide a shampoo/ shower gel and soap bar - so MOTEL amenities). You have to bring everything you need if you’re planning to stay in this hotel. -WIFI. In my 9 days stay here in the hotel I was never happy with their connection, it really sucks and if you’re here for a business trip I will not recommend you to stay here because you will not be able to work well with this kind of WIFI connection. -Air conditioning inside the room is functioning well all through out my stay in the hotel. Hospitality / Service: -Once I get in the hotel I really appreciate how the Guard welcomed me and helped me out with all my luggages. With my stay here in this hotel, the guards will really greet you whenever you go in and out of the hotel premises. Kudos to the guards on this hotel. -The receptionists on this hotel are quite acceptable and casual, they’re accommodating and helpful but will definitely mention one receptionist who really stand out from the rest, her name is “Wedj” if I can still fully remember how she pronounces her name to me. She definitely manifest what a receptionist should be and what are expected them to be. She’s really accommodating, helpful, kind / polite and most importantly she know her guests well. She handle things and circumstances well and responds promptly to the guest request, I experienced this first hand. -The restaurant staff, doesn’t know how to welcome their guests in the restaurant. I tried having breakfast the day that I arrived in the hotel and never repeated it again during the course of my stay in the hotel. L'hôtel était un gilet de ménage ! Le centre de l'hôtel était très bien situé, mais il était très bon de rester ici la prochaine fois que nous sommes à Iloilo City. Le petit déjeuner était payé, mais si vous aimez un bon petit déjeuner Filipino, vous pourrez en profiter. Le restaurant a été très confortable à toutes les heures, et l'hôtel dispose d'une chambre très confortable et très confortable. De la maison, au restaurant, au bureau de front, aux administrateurs et même au gestionnaire, ils sont hors de logement! Le site de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Recensement séparé pour Salog Spa. Très confortable et amiable. Vous pouvez pré-ordonner le petit déjeuner (menu de petit déjeuner Jollibee). Soyez prudent de ne pas laisser votre nourriture trop longtemps sur la table coz ants arriver si vite. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans la chambre que j'ai réservée à travers l'aguda. Cons: pas de bouteille d'eau gratuite, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de cuir cheveux, pas de frigo. Si vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit propre pour dormir, ce sera un choix budgétaire agréable. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un bon séjour à El Haciendero.

J'ai eu des difficultés avec le parking car il y a un bureau de gouvernement situé à l'intérieur du bâtiment. J'ai été vérifié dans une chambre différente de celle que j'avais réservée pour mais l'agent qui m'a aidé à être transférée dans une chambre plus grande avec une vue agréable du chapitre et de la ville. L'hôtel est neuf et propre et dispose de bons équipements comme une piscine à débordement, mais le temps de baignade est très court jusqu'à 20h30 seulement par rapport à un autre hôtel qui ferme à 22h00. Le lit est tellement confortable, propre et grand. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. Le chauffe-douche n'est pas si chaud. Les aliments ne sont pas si délicieux et quand j'ai pris mon petit-déjeuner, tous les aliments sont presque terminés et la recharge n'est pas si cohérente que certains plats sont en rupture de stock. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande toujours cet hôtel lorsque vous êtes à Iloilo City.

We had a teachers training at Citadines Amigo Hotel Iloilo and the staff are very accomodating of our participants and guests. Since this hotel is managed by Ascott chain of international hotels, the rooms are at par with other Citadines hotels in the Philippines with comfy beds, pillows and sofa. The toilet is clean and toiletries are complete.This hotel is accessible since it is located in the City Proper and near the malls, banks and government offices. My overall experience is good.

L'hôtel était un gilet de ménage ! Le centre de l'hôtel était très bien situé, mais il était très bon de rester ici la prochaine fois que nous sommes à Iloilo City. Le petit déjeuner était payé, mais si vous aimez un bon petit déjeuner Filipino, vous pourrez en profiter. Le restaurant a été très confortable à toutes les heures, et l'hôtel dispose d'une chambre très confortable et très confortable. De la maison, au restaurant, au bureau de front, aux administrateurs et même au gestionnaire, ils sont hors de logement! Le site de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Hé. binok pala ako ng kapatid ko sa la festa hotel sa iloilo for 9 days ok nmn ung serbisyo nila un nga lang nahirapan pa ko sa pagkuha ng inumin ng tubig. kailangan ko pang maghanap sa kalayo layo o bumili ng distiled sa 7-11. nagtanong dn ako sa Guardia sa LNG Nila Malayo ung water filling station dit sir. So walang choice buti NLNG may 7-11. and ung tubig na lumalabas sa poso minsan masangsang ung amoy ung nagalawang na gripo. Tot maintenant yan ang experience ko sa hotel.
