It has a large two car garage with a driveway and on-street parking. We have new LED smart TV's with NETFLIX subscriptions for hundreds of free movies! Conveniently located near Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket, along with plenty of other shops and restaurants. It's about an hour drive to Disney and the other major theme parks. Indian Harbour Beach is a fun and friendly, relaxed and safe beach-side island community on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. Located between Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and Melbourne Beach/Sebastian Inlet, our warm-water beaches are great for sunrise walks and relaxing days and some of the best surfing, boating, and surf-fishing on the East Coast of the U.S. The Indian River, just blocks away, is a great place to paddle board, boat, fish, and check out local wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, wading birds, etc. Indian Harbour Beach and the surrounding areas have plenty of shopping, nightlife, and restaurants. Be sure and try Papagallos and Longdoggers, each only a 5-10 minute drive. A ten minute drive to Downtown Historic Melbourne offers more shops, restaurants, art festivals and bars.
