Hôtels près de Haydn Park, Innsbruck

Lorsque l’on rentre dans la chambre, nous sommes tout de suite subjugués par cette vue! Une vue reposante sur les montagnes que l’on retrouve au spa ainsi qu’au restaurant et bar. L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre. C’est très pratique pour aller se balader dans la vieille ville et il est à 5min à pied de la gare. L’accueil était chaleureux, tout le long du séjour le service a été impeccable. Pour la chambre, au delà de la vue, elle est spacieuse, calme avec une grande salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner est incroyable : j’ai été ravie de voir des produits locaux notamment pour les miels. Ce qui est proposé est très varié et de qualité. Quant au spa, je recommande d’y aller pour se relaxer dans lean différents saunas proposés. Un séjour parfait! Merci à l’équipe du Adlers Hôtel !

La posizione è indubbiamente molto comoda al centro della città, si può parcheggiare a pagamento sulle strisce blu della zona oppure nel parcheggio sotterraneo del supermercato adiacente. La hall è grande e ci sono delle poltrone ed un TV a disposizione in attesa delle camere. Eravamo un gruppo di persone che avevano prenotato stanze singole, doppie e famigliari, concordando i prezzi prima del nostro arrivo, quindi capisco che fare le registrazioni per tutti coloro che sono arrivati quasi insieme il sabato mattina (qualcuno era arrivato il giorno prima) può essere farraginoso, però erano in due addetti alla Reception e non si andava avanti. Finalmente ci siamo fatti dare tutti il modulo da compilare e mentre andavano avanti con le singole registrazioni li abbiamo riconsegnati in pochi minuti. Le stanze per molti di noi non erano pronte (corretto, visto che devono essere a disposizione dalle ore 14,00) quindi abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli e siamo andati a pranzo e lì è partita un’altra vicenda surreale. Invece di prendere i talloncini per tutti i bagagli (circa una quindicina) ce li hanno consegnati uno alla volta dopo che, ancora uno alla volta, li hanno portati in una stanza off limits per noi. Una perdita di tempo infinita. Tutto con la massima gentilezza ed educazione. Parliamo delle stanze. Sono belle, luminose e grandi (poi su questo ne riparliamo), e grazie agli infissi di ultima generazione sono anche silenziose. Un fatto importante perché lì davanti il traffico è notevole la sera. La pulizia è esemplare, anche se la mattina della domenica, verso le 9, quando siamo usciti dalle stanze le signore delle pulizie avevano messo a terra davanti alle stanze che venivano lasciate uno strofinaccio a significare, immagino, che erano quelle dove cambiare tutta la biancheria. Insomma, non è bella da vedere questa distesa di strofinacci in un hotel a 4 stelle che vorrebbe essere elegante, sembra più la Pensione Mariuccia a Rimini. La colazione è abbondante per il salato, un po’ più ridotta per il dolce, ma davvero non manca nulla. Non capisco però come sia possibile che i filoni di pane siano a disposizione dei clienti senza l’avvertenza di usare un panno o dei guanti per prenderli e tagliare ognuno le fette: decisamente antigienico (poi siamo appena usciti dal Covid…). Però tutto quanto sopra è in effetti solo un suggerimento per migliorare un livello di servizio alto, ma con qualche sbavatura. La cosa davvero grave e che proprio non mi è piaciuta è stato il check-out che, prima che essere estremamente lento (un solo addetto inizialmente nonostante la lunga fila di clienti che se ne andavano dopo la colazione) è stato fatto applicando un prezzo superiore a quello concordato al momento della prenotazione. Alle mie rimostranze l’addetto si è giustificato affermando che la stanza che mi avevano assegnato era più grande della standard, ma io non l’avevo mai chiesta! È accaduto anche ad altre persone del nostro gruppo ed abbiamo chiesto di parlare

En vacances en Tyrol, nous avons également arrêté 2 nuits à Innsbruck. Le jour de notre arrivée, ils nous ont laissé attendre 2 heures avant de prendre la chambre. OK, nous étions patientes. Lorsque nous arrivons à la chambre, nous nous renderons compte que le climatiseur n'est pas en service et que les lits dans la chambre sont doubles. nous appelons la réception et nous avons pris connaissance. Il m'a répondu par téléphone, dans un ton très rude, que le climatiste n'avait pas de climatisation parce qu'il n'avait pas de climatisation et qu'il n'y avait rien qu'ils pouvaient faire sur les lits. Je réponds qu'il est possible qu'ils vendent quelque chose, nous payons pour cela à l'avance, mais puis nous ne le recevons pas ...ensuite, il se débrouille plus rudement qu'il ne peut rien faire à propos de cela et termine la appel. Je me dépêche à la réception et je leur demande si elles pensent que ce genre d'attitude et de service est ok ... Mme Andrea commence à me parler et à me comporter rudement et devient rude en allemand (nous avons parlé anglais et elle pensait probablement que je ne comprends pas Deuxièmement, elle a fait une demande de remboursement, et elle a refusé de le rendre. Après une certaine persuasion, j'ai ce que je voulais. principalement Mme Andrea est très inculte et rude, ils annoncent un service qu'ils ne sont pas en mesure de fournir au client. pour moi, ils sont des trompettes et je ne penserai jamais à réserver avec eux.

SUPERMARKETS NEAR HOTEL: Did not check it ROOM EVALUATION Room size: Standard room 14 sm Cleanliness: That is a key topic for me to give a score to an hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and with soaps available. Bed: Double single bed to get a king size, average comfort. Pillows: Available only soft pillows, not comfortable. Bathroom: Clean with a very good shower. Slippers: Not provided Bathrobe: Not provided Soaps/Cosmetics: Provided Hairdryer: Not provided Unpleasant smells: I did not smell any. Soundproofing: Average WIFI: Free of charge in the room as well in the hotel. Connection speed was slow and quite stable. I did not have any problem to connect all my devices. TV: Large flat TV with also international channels Air conditioning/heating system: Did not understand how air conditioning was working, temperature was not 100% comfortable. Wardrobe: Open, enough for 2-3 days trip. Mini-bar: not available. Key/Card: Key card working well, no problem opening the door and even to keep it same pockets of mobile FACILITIES OF MY INTEREST Parking: Hotel does provide this service but I did not use it. Shuttle to Airport service: Hotel does not provide this service. Gym/SPA: Not present. BREAKFAST: from 6:30 to 9:30 am, not a wide range of products but all is necessary for a basic breakfast was present and quality was fine. I would rate 7/10 for a 3 stars hotel. GREEN ASPECTS: Nothing detected COVID PROCEDURES: Protective screen at desk. PROBLEMS AND DISSERVICES: Nothing special to report.

Stayed here with a group for 2 days recently. The hotel is not particularly prepossessing as it’s tucked into a corner of a street in Innsbruck. However inside is stylish, quite modern if dark, with lots of brick walls and marble flooring. On the ground floor are a bar and restaurant area, which were both quite dark, both dinner and breakfast were served here. There is a steak restaurant attached to this area, but it wasn’t open when we were there. Dinner was a fixed menu but with a choice of mains. As we were part of a group, we didn’t have an a la carte menu. The food at dinner was fine. Breakfast was continental with lots of nice breads and rolls. There is a nice seating area in the reception hall. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was on the 1st floor. It was modern, with comfortable beds, a large flat screen TV, decent storage and a safe with what appeared to be air conditioning, but this didn’t seem to work. The reason I’ve given 4stars instead of 5 is the bathroom/shower room was nice and modern with decent toiletries, however the toilet was in a separate room, with no wash hand basin, which meant going back and forward to wash your hands, which was awkward. The hotel is very well placed for the central shopping and tourist area, which was a short walk of about 100 yards further along the street. I would recommend this hotel, the only issue we had was the toilet and air con, apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Le centre de Innsbruck est très bon. Nous étions très heureux de notre expérience. L'hôtel était juste des pas de la place de Noël. Facilité d'accès par transport public et par pied de ... partout dans la ville. Le restaurant a dîné et a dîné très bien. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.

En priorité demander les chambres qui ont été refaites... franchement les autres ont 30 ans, ne devraient même pas être ouvertes Les petits déjeuners rien d'exceptionnel pour cet gamme d'hotel tout en distributeur en buffet charcuterie jetée dans le plat, jus de fruits infect pain décongelé pas de toasteur pas possible d'avoir des oeufs au plat bref pas du tout 4* Soyons honnête Le restaurant plutôt bon mais même manger à 19h30 est tard pour eux... Le bar parait sympa mais c'est le Serveur du resto de la vaisselle du bar donc on attend et que du simple, ils ne savent rien faire d'un barman A 21h tout est plié et éteint aucune ambiance et le personnel n'attend que de pouvoir partir... limite désagréable pas du tout adapté à un 4* Le SPA est super piscine et sauna et fitness au top pas de Hammam ni de jacuzzi Etablissement sinon plutôt propre, mais triste a tous les niveaux Les filles de la réception sont aimable et serviable Mais nous ne reviendrons Jamais c'est certain Pour connaitre cette region cet un hotel qui n'a pas ses étoilés et qui sans effort de personnel a aucune chance se fidéliser ses clients il les fait fuir pas son mauvais service

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Tout le centre d’Innsbruck est accessible à pied, ce qui permet d’en profiter pleinement. Côté petit déjeuner, il est bien ; complet et continental, à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et les sanitaires corrects. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel est très serviable et agréable.

Nous étions 20 d'entre nous réservés pour dîner à cet hôtel Le personnel était si impolé et la nourriture était encore pire Juste parce que nous étions groupes dès que nous arrivaissons nos verres de vin ont été nettoyés suppose peut-être parce que notre couleur ou parce que nous étions un grp que nous ne voulons pas être buvables, nous n'avons même pas été offerts ou donnés un menu que tout autre restaurant a fait Cependant après tout ce que nous nous plaignions et le personnel n'a pas vraiment soucié Après tout que la nourriture qui nous a été donnée était si modérée et le pire de tout était notre stroudule d'Apple Il était froid et quand nous avons demandé pourquoi ils ont dit que leur cuisine n'était pas équipée pour chauffer et servir le déssert que la TVA a été fixée par l'hôtel lui-même je ne recommanderai jamais de rester ici ou pour un repas.

We remained blocked outside despite having followed all the instructions to pick up our key. The key was unfortunately not in its place, becase some other client took it. Not a great surprise in the middle of the night under the rain and after you have driven for 7 hours. This is a recurrent situation as the hotel told us so there should be an emergency number directly IN THE MESSAGE with the check in instructions. The hotel is claiming there was an emergency number next to the key box, but honestly we have only found a number next to which was written in bold THIS IS NOT HOTEL STAFF NUMBER, call only in case of emergency, you will be charged 80€. As I can see from other reviews also in other languages, our case is not the only one and the clients who called the number are claiming they waited 1,5h for the “emergency” person to come, so actually I am glad, we went somewhere else. I am just wondering why the management still did not change the check in procedure. Simply more boxes in order to have one box per client in order to avoid clients taking other client’s key or at least explaining what to do in case you don’t find the key directly with the check-in information - none of these does sound complicated to me. But maybe it is just more convenient for the management not to have to pay the staff at the reception and cleaning but charge the client for the room anyway. Does not sound much like a honest business to me though. Because of course the hotel is making us pay for the room we couldn’t check into, telling us it’s not their fault because probably someone else took our key. That’s really unacceptable.
