The front office agent treated me with shocking rudeness, engaging in unprofessional dialogue that left me utterly dissatisfied. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to address this behavior, the supervisor not only failed to reprimand the agent but also dismissed my concerns. Despite the agent's continued inappropriate comments, there was a complete lack of action. Upon requesting the agent's name for a formal complaint, the supervisor callously stated that it's a "family hotel," insinuating that any complaint would be futile. This absurd response only added to the frustration of an already unpleasant experience. Leipziger Hof's handling of this situation was not only stupid but also entirely unprofessional. I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before choosing this establishment. My stay was marred by the incompetence of the staff and the disregard for basic customer service standards.
